Being a native to Asheville and Biltmore Park resident, I loved how you covered all of the different neighborhoods and one of my favorite things about the neighborhood is that I am able to walk even to the grocery store if I need to. Great video!

Our Ramble HOA is now $433 but worth every Penny! Our ancient trees make it a special place to live and we have easy access to the pleasures of Biltmore Park Town Square. Great video Elena.

@@livinginashevillenc comparable to the cost of living increase every year but still lower than many communities in the area and even some condo fees.

This is nothing for a community like Ramble. There are some pretty wild HOA fees out there and I strongly believe it’s the reason some of the houses aren’t selling as easy.

The city can enjoy Lake Julian as well as a few other lakes although the Biltmore Lake formerly known as Enka Lake hasn't always been exclusive to that community only becoming that way in more recent years.

Yeah, but you can’t swim in Lake Julian. The one in Arboretum you can swim in but the beach area is…not the best. And I meant Biltmore Lake as the community, not the lake itself (the name). I believe it’s still Enka Lake in Biltmore Lake (that’s mouthful 😆)

@livinginashevillenc yes I think you're right about the Enka/Biltmore Lake. Also noting that I wouldn't want to swim in Lake Julian even if they allowed it only because of what it used to be used for its just not worth the risk.

@livinginashevillenc I have only seen maybe 2 or 3 total houses go up for sale in the 7 almost 8 years I've been in the park but they weren't on the market very long before they we're grabbed up so you're absolutely right about being ready to go if you ever have your eye on one in here. They go fast. The Ramble homes though are just amazingly beautiful.

@@LuciMorningstar86 there have been a lot more houses for sale in Biltmore Park In recent years, they just spread out and you’re right, they do go very fast. Ramble, though, is a totally different level. But it does not have what Biltmore Park has - access to all the shops and stores and restaurants, entertainment, gym, movie theater.
