@@animelogic8721 it is really arched but it's a powerlifting technique that stretches the spine and in basic terms means you don't have to lift the weights as far and you get more power in your lift... But you have to know you contact points for shoulders glutes feet etc so you don't get hurt 😊 but it looks so wrong haha *Edit her form is not wrong just arching that much feels like it should be wrong lol

@@Teresa_Jo answer bc im bored an have nothing to do: 385 bottles because 100lbs/700 bottles= 0.143 lb per bottle and then 100lbs-45lbs for the bar=55 and then 0.143*x=55 and then x=385 aproximately. hehehe idk if i even did it right edit: *updated answer* the 2000 bottle collection would be 4576 ounces 143 lbs*2000 nail polishes=286lbs => converted into ounces is 4576

I watched this video when you released it and at the time I could barely bench 35kg. On Monday I did my personal best and got to lift confidently 46kg. I already look up to you in general, for years, for being such a fun but also strong business woman. I love that you're sharing your new passion for powerlifting! I was a competitive powerlifter in high school and even went to the USAPL high school nationals. It brought back a lot of fun memories to see you lifting and I giggled at your disclaimer about bench form - there were a lot of people I competed against that had extreme approach routines to get their arch just right.
