I’ve just done my 3rd big chop last month. Now I know for sure I’m ready for locs. So I’m growing my hair out and doing research on exactly what I want. I’m excited 😆 it’ll take awhile but I’m so hype.

Josette your mommy did that!!!! They look awesome on you. You're right, I have a mix of hair types. It's mostly soft & curly and as a result, it's been a challenge for more of my hair to loc. I'm 21 months into my third set and it's become even softer so after most of it was interlocked, its thriving .I wanted this set to be smaller and fuller. I dont see myself without locs.Wow I wouldn't imagined that you have so many.

Hi love the short locs! They are going to grow out so full. I wish I had the density you have. I am finishing up twist locs on my hair. Looking for inspiration and found your videos. Thank you, I am feeling so much more positive about my new journey.

I was natural for 4 years. Relaxed my hair and didn't like the look but kept it like that for 4 years. Did my big chop in April 23. Now, I'm planning on locing it... Still doing my research. This video has help.

Omg that is ALOT.....that retight is gone be a muther...I have sister locs and have about 520 and I cry on retightening day. I’m 5 1/2yrs in and be contemplating on combining them😒I’ve been following you FOREVER and was so upset when u cut ur traditional small Locs out because they were GORGEOUS.....your mom did a GREAT job and she should do them for others as a side job....can’t wait to follow your journey girl they’re going to turn out BEAUTIFUL 😍

I just cut my locs, messed them up being impulsive and did a big chop. As soon as my hair was long enough to grip I started my micro locs. Your hair is beautiful 😍

I’m curious, how did you mess them up? The good thing is we can always start over. And with short locs, you’ll really see the growth.

@@JOSETTEBIANCA I started with micro locs and then I combined them into bigger ones. The parts were a mess. So I cut it all off😩 so far my hair is a tad bit shorter than from when you started yours. I didn’t know I could start at this length until I found your videos. So thank you so much for letting me follow your journey.

I did a big chop 2 weeks ago in my hair cutting off my locs I was indecisive about. I started feeling led to sister locs which I now regret cutting hair off vs. Restarting into micro locs. But as I'm patiently waiting on my hair to grow back, I've found myself researching microlocs today. I was so ecstatic to find your videos. You feel well aligned with my energy, and I love how you use Bible scriptures in your videos. I watched all your install videos, and your videos sealed the deal on my decision to do sister/microlocs when I do start my new loc journey.

@@eightyninetreasure they were all traditional sets i just didn't like the inconsistent sizes and the person that was doing them used alot of bee's wax which I hate so this time I'm going to a professional hopefully it will turn out the way I want

Me I just cut my Locs and I’m going back for bigger Locs, but micro Locs are cute too I just don’t think my hair will hold up with small locs, my regular Locs were breaking

Did a big chop a year and few months now but I'm getting sisterlocks my consultation is August 8th,my hair is 4inches in the front and 3and half in the back, I know I would get locks again and I wanted a certain look to start so that why I had it cut that way

I love that you were brave enough to cut off your locs. I did micro locs but they looked so thin.My mistake was to put in fake hair to make them look thicker, what a mistake that was. I have tried to take out the fake hair but could not get it out because of the way I put it in. Anyway I will be cutting off my locs and redoing them. I just watched your videos, you have inspired me to do so. Your micro locs are so beautiful your mom dis a great job. I love Mick locs, ladies do not purchase any so called real hair, because none of the hair sold is real hair. I have purchased several so called real type of hair from H......tage not real at all. The hair will not curl like your hair. Do not do what I did. Be patient and trust the process.

I just installed my microlocs by 2 strand twists and I got finished 12/28/20. I started Christmas night, I have around 545-550 locks. My hair is around 4-5 inch’s long. I have been natural for 5 years but big chopped 3 times. The longest my hair reached was around mid back length.

Actually I went from small traditional locs to microlocs. I’ve never had sisterlocks. My mom installed both of my loc sets. She’s not a licensed loctitian, she’s self-taught 😊
