those slices of meat are sliced very thin, it looks like there is more meat than you think because of how it's laid out on the plate. That restaurant will make a nice profit margin on the drinks that you order.

Yep, she was disgusting she no longer was enjoying herself. You nailed it!! She became a challenge a challenge to herself. I've never seen her so aggressive she was out to hurt that establishment. Then at the end she was disappointed they only consumed 85 plates she was going for 100. Her rationale was off and this is my 1st video of her I didn't like.

Lol it wasn't the cross contamination for me. It was how the temp of the broth decreased so much because all the goodies she kept adding. 🤣 I wanted it to boil so bad haha! 😂 I was trying to get in on that girl's boy drama at the table next to her.

Cross contamination is when you mix raw meat with foods that you don’t end up cooking and are going to eat, not when you cook chicken or beef together

@@poizonivy01 well the traditional way of eating the hot pot is to have it boiling and you eat it 1 meat at a time. you're not supposed to put multiple meat in the pot. by putting only 1 meat at a time, u can control the cooking to ur liking and you enjoy the flavor more in my opinion. basically shabu shabu is supposed to be bite by bite.

We live in a small town with not very many culinary choices other that your standard fast food joints. Every once in awhile I’ll Google my zip code for possible new eateries bc our town is finally starting to grow... and I’ll be darned if we don’t have a hot pot restaurant now! It’s actually been open for 3 months and I did even know it. I can’t wait to try it although we’re still trying to be cautious about this virus so it still might be awhile.

I’m on a Keto diet and eat 4 to 5 ounces of meat per day. Lots of veggies but not high carb. This is so much fun to watch and dream about, but I was able to lose 131 pounds and I won’t stop with my diet. Maybe some day I will have a cheat day, but I can’t fit much in my stomach at one time. Thank you for letting me live vicariously through your endeavors!
