My issue with the system is that the smallest stuff, like mild banter, can be played off as bullying or targeting specific users, which can get people banned. Like, literally last week me and 11 people got banned for different amounts of time because some kid just felt like it. He had no motives, and we weren't being vile towards him, and now 12 people are suspended for various amounts of time because someone wanted a cheap laugh. Imo, Sony should just warn you that you've said something that has offended someone, and threaten a suspension or ban if you continue, rather than just outright banning you.

Umm I got banned from playstation by posting a screen shot of my account on a playstation community saying that I am selling it but it was just an act and was never really meant to be sold since it was my main account & I haven't received any warning about me violating the terms or any temporary suspension but if you see i havent really violated any terms & conditions since i still own that account . This seems very unfair that they just permanent suspended my account

Usually it's First suspension is 3 days Second suspension is 7 days Third suspension is 30 days then after the third suspension you're permanently banned from your PSN account but some people can get more than 3 warnings depending on what they did
