You forgot a few, GT3 racing, those hybrid cars that race, formula E (electric), etc

I wonder if there are circuits for different types of cars (like GT3, GTE, RALLY, F1, indie cars, nascar, etc)

Yes and no. Some racing series share circuits. Qatar for example hosts F1 and Moto GP races. Mexico hosts F1 and Formula E. Others like drag racing are used for drag racing only, same with Rallying.
