What's up with this obsession with Miami Beach? I don't get it. There's Hollywood beach with a beach walk.. Sunny Isles with free parking for restaurants and all that.. Dirty old south beach isn't worth it

We need to just give them their own state as reparations. They can ruin that one and everyone else can have 49 beautiful states with practically zero crime. I live in the suburbs in Buffalo NY. Then you have the inner city. The East side is where all the blacks are. It's a shit show with shootings weekly, broken glass in all the parks and sidewalks, crackheads at the corner bagging for money etc. The West side is all Spanish and Puerto Rican people and it's beautiful and clean now that most of the blacks moved out. The west side used to be just as bad as the east and it's peaceful and beautiful now. You don't have to worry about walking down the street and having a Spaniard robbing you. They might offer you rice & beans though. 😂

I used to go day time during Memorial Day Weekend and had a blast with many people. But it seems bad apples come out at night so I usually leave when the sun goes down.

I stopped going to Miami during those days cuz it was to to to crazy, violent, and scary. If you can do a vid during that time to see how all this work? that would be cool. Also. i have family and friends that live in Miami. They hate all those ppl coming in starting all this trouble. They should have done this a decade ago

I live in Key West and I'm always in Miami and I usually get a condo in Brickell for my birthday which is in the first week of April, I'm glad Miami cracked down on the foolishness of Spring Break hell most locals I talk to barely go to south beach in general maybe for a dinner but that's it lol traffic sucks here in the keys due to spring break but I will say at least the people down here know how to act lol

The best thing to do is to have checkpoints where your checking driver's licenses and seat belts and for drunk drivers. Checkpoints and roadblocks always deter them

That's the problem it's majority of troublemakers looking for trouble. It's starting to blur between College spring breakers and tourist. It's the ones who live out of Miami that travel there for trouble sometimes they're are between ages of 18-26. I'm saying it's the ones who live out of Miami causing trouble.

Tbh they’ll all just go to a beach with no bans like that if your motivated enough which all the Miami traffic we’ve had and other problems it’s kinda of a pain in the ass to do anything you’d have to wake up early also the over pass they’re building before the bridge isn’t the best fucked up the traffic even more so going to the beach in afternoon isn’t the best idea

It's an island. Set up toll booths and charge $200 or some other appropriate amount per entry, including car and bus rider, residents and employees of island businesses excepted. That would include bus riders. Fewer people will come, and the city will make money out of those who still want to come.

The problem has been mostly Miami residents who go nuts. Look at the arrest records from last year. Most are area residents .

@masescranton9630 but not residents of the island. City of Miami Beach is entirely separated from the city of Miami by water, and connected only by a few bridges. It can be blocked off easily. So if the city of Miami residents want to go nuts, that's for the mayor of Miami and governor of FL to worry about. Not for the mayor of Miami Beach.

Where i work, the establishment no longer has cognac and certain tequilas for sale. Too much of it was lost to theft, and having it around was more trouble than it was worth. It cleaned up the problem almost overnight.
