Cus the tourney worked on a checkmate system, the first to pass 20 points and THEN win gets the first place. That's why there was 2 extra games. Broccoli, Kevin Parker, Milala and I think double 61 all had check but didn't score the win till this game

They use 'check-mate' format. Whoever wins until 20 points will get the 'check' and he needs to win 1st place the next game for 'check-mate'. The first player who gets 'check' is Brocolli but he didn't win the next game because another player won it. In this last game, 5 players already got 'check' and Milala won 1st to get 'check-mate'.

It might've been the diff to save more more unit the on the second last fight. The grief is not Neeko-ing the Qiyana earlier which was a millisecond loss he sustained to milala earlier

The reason milala win last fight is purely because he position illaoi better. The tentacles respawn properrly and ahri needs to go through that

I mean it is lucky, I think anyone who plays tournaments in high variance games understands this. Did you see how close the games were? It’s like 6 people alive towards the end of stage 5 all with around 20 health because all the players are very close in skill. You dont think bad matchup RNG, or a bug, or someone getting lucky rolls would tip the scales when the match is so close? Of course it would. It’s not to take away from his win but to say “he cant be lucky” is literally absurd.

It is the best format. You need to win a game after reaching 20 points. That way someone who places i.e. 4 times 2nd cannot win the tournament. The other guys who all reached 20 points did not manage to clutch a win. This made it tight at the end almoat going to a game 7

@@danielm9297 for what?? so u can play normal like 6-7 games and just need one lucky game latter ?? I mean at least make the top 1 point have some advantages. Right now, he's so easy to get grief. If they want more games, make a condition that after reaching enough points, the point difference between the top 1 game and top 1 point is not too far. Because TFT is a game when u have to adapt even when unlucky to have the highest rank possible at each game?? So why a guy with the most point is not deserve to be the champion if he always plays well every single game to get the highest point ???

Milala won because he was farming "learning to spell" from 2-1 with an early annie 3*, he also then finished it off with the signature spellweaver augment which is really good rn, his board and augments were in perfect harmony. Superfans are already nerfed and don't have has much impact this patch as they had last patch

except neeko, you're forced to play 2 fodder unit just for 1 free item, then count the bad reroll and bad augment choice (or given), to get in top 4 with 1 cost carry is NOT easy at all. And if you don't have enough gold to go 8 or 9 then preapare seeing your frontline demoshied in 10 seconds.

superfans r actually pretty damn weak it just depends on what scenario you get put in
