Brain Computer Interfaces (BCI) are the latest tech innovation trend, not only in Silicon Valley. They enable direct communication between the brain and external devices, powered by artificial intelligence. But what kind of information about our thoughts and emotions do we reveal in the process? In this engaging talk, Katrin-Cécile Ziegler shows us the many opportunities and risks of Neurotechnology. With examples of applications in various areas: From rehabilitation, gaming, education, self-enhancement to forensic and military. Katrin-Cécile Ziegler is a digital economist, journalist and lecturer for digital ethics at the University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration of Zurich, Switzerland. I'm being tortured by the devices and based on the other comments nothing good is coming from this technology. I do not care to know what others think and really all you have to do is listen to them speak. Sometime this is scary enough. This is a total human rights violation a crime. Torturing others is a shame or murder.

I was tortured with this tech for 8 months. I was made to go to an Air Force facility. They could make me fall asleep anytime they wanted, even while standing up. They made me have extreme hyperventilating that they could start and stop with a push of a button. They would do this to me while forcing me to exercise for minutes to an hour at a time. Very torturous. They would make me think of a card from a deck and they could guess what I was thinking with perfect accuracy, card after card. They could slow my thinking to a crawl. Make me happy and then switch straight to horrible depression that made me want to die. They laughed while controlling me. They said it was to break me. I wish I knew why anyone would torture someone this way. All they told me was “this is defense” and “you are a gift to the world with what we are learning”

Tell you a tiny part of mine.. been gang stalked for many years now. Began from my ex, but I've had coworkers hear one of them bragging because they got money to follow me around. Ex has had my phones hacked for years now he's trying to find out if there is another phone he hasn't had hacked.. tries to bait me into situations to determine if there are planted hidden cameras beyond their own

I would argue that this is wanted and created by the wrong hands already. Those with common sense know that just because you have the capacity of doing something doesn't mean you should do it. The wrong hands ignore this principle completely.

Im a victim also for 4 years now and I know who is doing it to me swear to God and on my children this torturing is happening and they don't need all the fancy helmets and stuff. It's my brother in law from the air Force and my sister his wife. And it started right after my dad passed away. There's an inheritance that they're trying to keep me out of. They can also give me terrible nightmares and pain in different areas of my body. A fuzzy noise has been in my left ear ever since it started. I messaged a detective again last night im about to do something about it myself. It's hurting me so much. I've lost jobs due to severe cramping they can give me. They are terrible people and I haven't even been in their life. But they found a way to force me to hear them 24 7. It's terrible believe me and I don't deserve this. My son just passed away last month of overdose and they showed up to the funeral and everyone was saying that they were making him go crazy before he died. This needs to stop

The reason I'm looking at this is because lately If I think of something like ." My vine has giving me lots of grapes should I make them into raisins?" not mentioning a word i open KZfaq and a suggested video of (How to preserve grapes ) that is just one example there are many more . I never looked at anything related to grapes I didnt mention this to anybody. My devices one or another suggest videos or articles about what I was in silence thinking. At first I thought it was considence but its been way to specific to my though lately. I have keep quiet about it because I don't want people to think I'm a tin foil hat wearing individual. However like I said it's become extremely precise. I'm looking some sort of explanation to this ocurance . You would be suprised how accurate data gathering can actually be because ive had the same thing happen and i really think it has to do with how sophisticated thier program has gotten especially to advertise a product and know you may have it on your mind? Yeah it may sound crazy but with gathering data and letting an advanced AI program handle it...yep it could absolutely be so good that it can predict what you may be thinking of buying that day. Honestly just a person could do such a thing if they were skilled enough at that sort of stuff.

The people running RNM have no problem taking away all of your rights. They choose you and once selected they can ruin your life and have a good laugh at your expense. R F Shielding. Faraday cage as a helmet. MUST be a helmet, not a hat. MUST have a grounding wire that touches the ground or faraday cage won’t work. Connect from your ankle through the sole of your shoe so it touches the ground. It’s why they mock people for tin foil hats. Tin foil works but not a hat - must be full helmet with a grounding wire. Sleep in r f shielding (or foil) tent over your bed with grounding wire running into the ground.

I am living in Utah, US. People can remotely access my mind and thinking. They are doing so without my consent. Is this the neural surveillance? I don't know how they gained access and if there are things that was implanted into my body without my knowledge. I have been stalked for a few years now. The stalkers use loud high-pitched sounds and electric waves to attack. There are some kinds of high frequency buzzing sound associated with the electric wave. My head and body can feel the constant vibration day and night. Sometimes it is really intense. I was woken up by the high-pitched sound and the electric waves most of the night now. It has injured and disabled me. It puts my life in danger. Not sure if this is the weapon that they use to access people's mind and thinking. The attack happened anywhere I went. At my home, other person's apartment, shopping mall, in a park or in a car. Where did those high pitch sound and electric waves originate from? Satellite? Cellphone Tower? I have been watched and monitored day and night. The stalkers make loud snapping sounds to my home walls and ceilings to let me know when they are reading my mind. Not sure how those snapping sound get to my home. I don't know who gave them the rights to do this without my consent. How can I protect my own thoughts and ideas? Not sure what to do or if anyone will believe me. But this is really happening.

R F shielding as a faraday cage. Must be a helmet, not a hat. Must have a wire running down through your shoe to touch the ground so you’re grounded. Tin foil will work but must not be just a hat. Not joking. Think Magneto in X-Man. Erect RF shielding tent over your bed and make sure it has a grounding wire. This way you can test if it blocks them.

Yes. Apologies I don’t have direct links but I believe the Clinton’s are involved. I have heard haarp is as well. And there has been credible information that has come out that has showed and I think it is satellites they typically use and our phones for coordinates to see our location via infrared in a building. I would look up savanna syndrome. I would not be surprised if neaurolink and darpa are involved. I would say research but gently. It can be scared but I met someone who is wildly brilliant with no previous mental disabilities go through this. He wasn’t quick to talk about it and when he did he explained symptom’s accurately and times and what he would feel and see. What really made me believe was he started using violet noise and brown noise regularly one day and did it for like 24 hours and he finally relaxed. I went to visit him as he was better and I saw at least 20 of those starlink satellites around his house. Blew my mind. But when we went to go get groceries for dinner 2 really big drones followed us to the store and back and I was too scared to record although I wish I had. He was calm. He just said “I don’t know why this is happening but I won’t go crazy if that’s what the purpose here is.” Went on for a few years.

V2K (voice to skull) is real and the device has been used on me started in 2019 while living in Greenville, Illinois. Not only have I been harassed for 7 years by it, but I am being stalked too. I've been gassed and my respiratory system is damaged beyond repair because of it. My youngest grandson is gassed while I babysited him and he started having seizures in my arms, but the Greenville, Illinois police did not respond to help my grandson who is 8 months old at the time. This is very real. How else can you explain how Steven Hawkins could talk. Is there a group for people experiencing this? Somewhere we can share experiences with others that are going thru this with out the ridicules if the programed and unaware. Help each other see if there experiencing any health issues or other factors like if family affects even if it doesnt seem relevant that may run parallel to the timelines of when it started. Might not seem relevant till it coincides with the others experiencing this. People helping people... if your good at that kind of thing and could set one up it could be a great help. I feel like I've been isolated from family and friends because of agendas behind this happening to me. Prove its happening to enough of us and put together a big enough group it can't get swept under the rug so to speak.

This lecture is most fascinating & informative-except that, as an American-English speaker, I've encountered on several occasions DIFFICULTY with the speakr's pronunciation (either she uses Irish or Kiwi=new-Zealand's accent when speaking) which is too bad in my own personal comprehension terms (& those of other "MAINSTREAM" English speakers-namely, thosespeakers who have not had any "heavy" natural/ innate/native-language accent &/or those of have adopted another way of speaking more "generically"; clearly; without any of what I would call the inherently heavier speech markers which certain English dialects carry/bring with them; thiose popel who, through self-awareness &/or carer or employment requirements (as speakers; teachers; public-speakers; motivators; lecturers, etc....) , have eitehr realized that they needed to change their "heavier" native accent &/or, were "forced" to work on it, whose accent has therefore, possibly evolved into a simpler/clearer one which I call the "generic" one (an example to recall is liza Dolittle's manner of speaking in George BErnard Shaw's play: Pygmalion. There are TONS of accents & dialects which are very hard to understand, like: Some Irish. Scottish; Kiwi/New-Zealand & perhaps, Australian; South African, too; Some Cokney British Accent & other UK local/regional accents, such as the area of Liverpool; some Deep South American accents with the "Twang & Drawl". In short, tehre are many OBSTACLES in COMPREHENDING any speaker (whether speaking to an individual or the public at large) but, I'd expect that such presentations-especially by such "heavy-accented" people, would be made EASIER by providing the facilitation-the accommodation of SUBTITLES-SIMPLE as THAT! Otherwise, the second/next best option is that of providing TRANSCRIPT of the speech! :)
