I don't know about MJ, but with Ned, I would go with a simpler route: muscular memory. Peter would simply do the secret handshake they have and Ned would follow, because even if he doesn't remember, his muscles do.

It's a little far fetched but I think Venom might be a key to getting Ned and MJ to remember. A piece of the symbiote was left behind in MCU and hopefully attaches to Peter, establishing a mental connection and knowing everything about Peter. Maybe Venom can connect to Ned and MJ to transfer Peter's memories of them. It has happened before, in The Spectacular Spider-Man Venom attached to Eddie Brock and revealed Spider-Man's secret identity to him psychically.

The ending was too dark for me. Everyone forgot peter. Aunt May is dead. He doesn't have the Avengers as his family now as they were before. Aunt May's death is somehow acceptable but now peter is all alone. Even Happy is not with him now. Movie was great and I'm glad we got to see Tobey and Andrew but I just can't live with this ending. Of course the movie's name is No Way Home.

I have a thought, nobody noticed that mj still has the necklace from far from home? That’s going to trigger something because she’s not going to remember who gave that to her. It’s going to cause some glitch to help her remember or at least trust him

MJ remembers, Spider-Man “2” said “we’re Peter Parker, it takes awhile with our MJ but we get there” also MJ remembers getting hurt in some fight. She’s still has the bandaid on at the end and says “it doesn’t hurt anymore” and I think she’s wearing the necklace Peter gave to her. Ned though? He’s definitely magic and he will turn on Peter. MJ and Ned will most likely remember peter, but I feel like marvel/MCU will not make it too easy or heartwarming. Rather, they might make them remember peter once it's too late.

This is a huge stretch. This ending already sets up so much. You can see the excitement on Peter's face when he sees them in the coffee shop but you also see the undying depression in his eyes that is the fact that they are only so happy because the DON'T know him. This makes so much room for so many other movies.

The mind forgets but the heart remembers. MJ and Ned is the closest people beside Aunt May. I doubt any spell will erase that.

I really hope they remember him and if they do, I hope they won't figure it out too early on in the next movie, so Peter can actually start his new journey as Spiderman alone without all the Stark Tech and stuff.

Honestly, I think they will remember him. Like Mj’s necklace is gonna trigger Mj’s memory and do something and I also don’t think those memories are gone just locked up and all the need is a key or trigger to make them remember. So for MJ the trigger could be the necklace and for Ned it could be the handshake. I also have a theory that MJ’s gonna remember and then Peter and MJ are gonna do the handshake in front of Ned and he’ll slowly start remembering. Plus since no one knows who Peter is now, there is no way Ned or MJ can get harmed even if they are with Peter.

I was thinking that there could be some way silvie “Lokis variant” could Enter to MJ’s and Ned’s memories and make em. Remember the stuff they had forgot about like she did with people on the Loki series

I think for MJ, Ned and Happy, what might help them remember Peter is small things from their past that connect them with Peter. For MJ, it could be the necklace Peter gave her in Far From Home. If she’s walking by a mirror or someone notices it and compliments it, it could give her brief flashbacks of how she got it. For Ned, it could be some Star Wars LEGO or an old newspaper of the Vulture or something. And for Happy, maybe it could be remembering Aunt May or Tony Stark. These connections to Peter could be so strong, that they end up reappearing in their brains by themselves. If MJ, Ned and Happy are in the fourth MCU Spider-Man movie, this could be their story, trying to learn about these memories and how they’re connected to each other. I think that would be really interesting. As for Doctor Strange, I know he isn’t as close to Peter as some others were, but maybe since he cast the spell, it didn’t affect him and he doesn’t yet realise it. Or if you think someone else could be a reason for Strange remembering, it could be someone like Nick Fury, Captain Marvel or some of the Guardians of the Galaxy. Doctor Strange cast the spell so that the entire world would forget that Peter Parker was Spider-Man, but what about the heroes Peter met that AREN’T on Earth at the time of No Way Home. They could remember Peter’s identity in a future Avengers movie which could cause Strange’s memories of Peter to return. I know people are more focused on MJ and Ned remembering Peter than other heroes remembering Spider-Man, but I still thought I’d point it out.

Wong still know Peter parker is spider man. When they are talking about the spell before leaving wong said "just leave me out of it". That's exactly what dr. Strange did leaving wong the only one who remembers

This whole story is just super complex and the ending leaves so many questions but what I definitely think is that either something will trigger them into remembering peter or that this could be connected to the multiverse of madness and their memories can be restored by scarlet witch/strange if they somehow remember (I dont know how it’ll work out itself out by the scriptwriters). I honestly dont want them to start on a clean slate where peter finds new friends or another mj- it feels wrong for him to just suddenly find new family & friends when he has so much unfinished business with the people he truly loves and cares for, its so sad they all just forgot about him

I don’t think Peter will go out og his way to make them remember. Because then he would try like he was supposed to in the end of the movie. I think he will let them live the life that they wanted without him. Because he knows that they are safer without him. So he found peace with that, but I think if this MJ is his real MJ he will meet her again. Because it’s destined to be them in all universes. And with her comes Ned.

I honestly think that they will remember Spider-Man, I don’t know when but I feel like they will. An example would be the cut on MJ’s forehead and MJ’s necklace. The fact that she has the necklace would make her question how she got it, and who gave it to her.

I think they could have mj and Ned remember peter through the gaps in their life. For example, how MJ got that scar on her head, and how MJ and Ned even know each other. For happy it could be how he knew May. In the end they do say that he knew may through Spider-Man but he doesn’t know who Spider-Man rlly is, and then he could be wondering what Spider-Man’s connection to may is. Basically the gaps in their lives where peter used to be would be empty and that could be a trigger to getting their memories back.

I have a feeling that the MCU will use part of the One More Day/Brand New Day storyline from the comics. That if Spider-Man takes his mask off on front of people, their memories of him with them will come back

Did the spell affect nick fury? Because he was off planet when the spell took place. So he could be the one to help mj and Ned regain their memories

I'm not that sad about the end of No Way Home, because I know Peter can easily be friends with MJ and Ned again or could ask Strange for a fixing spell

I can see Wanda having a hand in restoring MJ & Ned's memories & that outfit in 3:26 looks so cool I still like her costume at the end of WandaVision that's me favorite one & Elizabeth looks stunning. She's going to live up to being called Scarlett Witch. I could also see Xavier bringing back MJ & Ned's memories if he's going to appear along side Peter my question is will Patrick Stewart reprise his role or will they get another actor? 1:28 actually he likely does remember Peter because earlier in the film Strange mentions the spell about having to wipe the memory from Wong about the one party they had to which Wong didn’t remember but Strange did, saying “Exactly.” Thus it’s likely the one that performs the spell is immune and thus still knows who Peter is cause he did that spell.

MJ even said at the end that meeting this "stranger" (aka Peter) was "Different". She subconsciously knows something.

Everybody should come back for the next Spider-Man Trilogy 💯

If there's going to be another trilogy either they will remember in the last film of that trilogy or in this phases equivalent to End Game. They will either need to develop the relationships to the point that Peter could just explain it to them. Alternatively, lots of little threads could pull together to help them remember, like MJ's necklace, for instance.

I think the next spiderman movie should introduce new characters, Harry Osborn, Gwen Stacy, Betty Brant (more of her), Felicia Hardy, Miles Morales, that way Peter can connect with other people, instead of the same Ned and MJ we've seen in the three previous movies. It's the perfect opportunity to expand Peter's social life.

I think that Mj would be saved by spiderman without knowing he is peter parker but while doing that she will remember swinging with him before and watching the news that spiderman is peter parker because the docter strange two seemed like it was about docter strange remembering something from spiderman no way home so that could happen to mj and ned as well. Or maybe one of them could become evil Ned or Mj and you know as fighting spiderman they start to remember something.

i think yall are forgetting that even after mj and ned told peter to make sure he comes back and explains who he was, when he was at the coffee shop, he only ordered a coffee instead of doing all that. he thought that telling ned and mj would put them in danger especially after mj almost died in the final battle, so he thinks it better to let them forget and move on with their lives since its safer for them. so i dont think peter will ask anyone to make them remember again

I don't think Peter would need to tell Strange they have a history. As evidenced by Happy, people forgot who Peter Parker is, but everyone still knows Spider-Man. SO Strange likely remembers fighting beside Spider-Man on Titan, he just doesn't remember who's beneath the mask.

MJ’s necklace is key to making her remember. He’s going to say something along the lines of “I heard you like it broken”

I could go the route of one moment in time, which is the maid of version of how Peter and MJ made everybody forget that Peter was Spider-Man after civil war. Of course the real version is that he made a deal with the devil and the devil just fabricated the solution. Anyway, Doctor Strange with Tony Stark casts a spell that erases everybody's knowledge with the loophole that Peter would have to unmask to an individual for their memories to be restored. It's how he managed to keep the circle small with the fantastic four and the avengers. An added protection was that anybody that would try to deduce the connection between Peter and Spider-Man would come up with a different answer. You catch Peter with Spider-Man's costume, for example, and the smell would make you think that he was just Spider-Man's costume designer or he was doing his laundry. Peter would have to be wearing the costume and physically on mask for there to be a definitive connection established. Of course he screwed this up during the spider island event in which he displayed his spider powers on live camera, thus undoing that added layer of protection. That's why I'm thinking what if the MCU Doctor Strange built that loophole in to the new spell without peters knowledge? Assuming that Peter would go through with trying to unmask to his friends and girlfriend. He won Stevens respect and Stephen knew how much of a sacrifice Peter was making to save the multi-verse and their world. I mean, come on, this is Doctor Strange we are talking about. He's all about bending the rules and sneaking shit in when nobody's looking.

I'm just not sure whether the spell eliminated all records that Peter Parker was Spider-Man it just erased the memories. I would imagine there would be tons of stuff that would still be online or on people's phones that would say Peter Parker was Spider-Man

so, literally we will going to see more from Tom Holland, Zendaya and Jacob Batalon... These trio is really perfectly fit with their character.

It seems as if everyone remembers events that happened with Spider-Man, just not Peter (like how Happy still knew Aunt May because he remembered his relation to Spider-Man). Maybe MJ and Ned remember helping the Spider-Men, just not who they were behind the mask. I think MJ, as she talks more to Peter, will figure out again (like she said she will) that he's Spider-Man, and she starts filling in the gaps and slowly regains her memory.

I want Mj to remember but I mainly want Ned to remember because he was there from the first spider man movie and I felt it was sadder when he had to say goodbye to his best friend.

My theory is that MJ might remember peter is spiderman but a new villain (venom possibly) will tell a different story portraying peter as evil and ned will join venom's side and become hobgoblin. (okay, this might be a sh*t theory but hey, it couldd happen)

What if in that last moment before Peter was forgotten they took a picture or made a video. MJ seems like the type that would have made a video saying how she loves Peter. She’s still wearing the necklace; maybe that will trigger a memory of how she got it.

Considering it’s a clean slate I doubt they’ll bring them back, maybe MJ since their connection and chemistry was one of the best by far and it could be a Love ascends all time or whatever the case may be. I could see them bringing in new characters for a clearly New Storyline but who knows maybe he ends up in MIT and keeps watch over them or something. But if things don’t go back to normal as far as connections wise, I don’t think Zendaya would be back as MJ and if Ned’s back his story line will probably turn into a whole Hobgobblin Thing like a lot of people were speculating

What i would like to happen is after peter leaves the donut shop, Ned asks MJ where she got the black dahlia necklace(bc she was wearing it at the end). Ned leaves and as MJ is cleaning up the shop, she continues to think about where she got it, finally it hits her and she remembers Peter. She leaves and tries to find him, and the rest of the story goes on however

Spells being a reality is actually insane. Like imagine someone u loved put a spell on you to forget them, it’ll literally be like how it is now, going day by day without knowing they existed

Another possibility is when in avengers, Loki escapes with tesseract, it created another timeline. In that timeline everyone still remembers peter as spidy. If MCU really wants those both to remember everything, this would work probably

With the rumor of them casting Anya Taylor Joy as Black Cat, and Zendaya ever growing popularity. They might do a movie without Mj and Ned and do one with the relationship between Black Cat and Spider-Man instead. Then will probably bring Mj back later on in their planned new trilogy.

There are so many peter friends and future lover that haven't show up yet, i think exploring possibility of new friendships and lover would be more interesting for SSU (maybe Gwen and Harry), especially when Peter had given a fresh new start away from his past

I think the next Spiderman film should be a Spiderman and the X-Men film. Xavier reaches out to Peter because Xavier was never affected by Stranges mind wipe spell and is able to convince Spiderman to team up with the X-men in order to stop Magneto or some X-Men villian from revealing mutants to the public or whatever the case may be. In return Xavier can use natural mind powers to restore those who Peter wants to know is Spiderman minds to remember who Peter Parker is instead of using any kind of spells further screwing up anything this time around. The way I’ll see it is Xavier’s powers of course being mutant not sorcery could be a way show that actual mutant powers are safer than magic spells in the right hands then tie into Scarlet Witch somehow being a mutant and not really a magic user. I don’t know just having Xavier help Peter and having Xavier be the only person not affected by Dr Stranges spell would just make the most sense to me. Xavier would want to help but at the same time I don’t see any reason a spell of mind wipe could work on him.

I don’t want them to remember at least not in the traditional sense, I think he’ll form new bonds with them over time. The whole point of not telling them was to protect them but knowing Peter he won’t be able to stay away for long

To be honest, I rather just let Peter Parker move on from MJ and Ned. Now that they don't remember who Peter Parker is, Peter can finally move on to the next chapter of his life. Start a new beginning. Maybe we get to see him with Gwen Stacy this time, who knows?

I would like to see them at the end of 4 or maybe in a cut scene during the credits have them recreate the iconic upside down kiss scene because MJ is in love with Spider-Man. As the scene ends and Spider-Man leave she is clutching the necklace that Peter had given her even though she doesn’t fully understand why.

I think Ned's gonna become hobgoblin ("my best friend promised he would come back. He never did!") but the he is gonna recover after Peter reveals himself and Ned's muscular memory causes him to go with their hand shake. Mj can become carnage queen and the symbiote makes her remember about her necklace
