Roda Irungu you will eventually,there’s this agency in town you register with I think 40k and every time someone’s joins through you,,you earn points to travel any countries visa you want your given.its legit I know but the problem is how to convince a typical Kenyan to pay 40k for registration 😹😹

The Company seems to have bad reviews on Facebook with customers complaining about lost items....

But realistically,business of this nature will have hitches beyond their control here and there ,unless it has 100% negative reviews,you'd have to cut them some slack.I'm sure someone has something bad to say about DHL somewhere too.I even refrain from negatively reviewing a business online unless it's a repeat thing or obvious negligence.

Did you read the other positive reviews as well? I agree with the comment above no company is perfect. Personally, I ve used FedEx and had the worst experience, but that doesn't mean they don't get the job done....had to find a company that suits me & my needs.

Quite disappointed with the service. I paid in full in England for goods to be delivered to Kenya at their Uthiru base however when the recipient went to collect the sent items he was asked to pay the shipping fee afresh. I had to provide proof again for the recipient to collect. I will only use this service if I have to but they need to either up their game or in the event of a more efficient competitor they will lose a lot of customers.
