I wish they put this much effort into catching violent criminals and reckless drivers. They're all over the subways

All I hear is, “youre taking my bonus money, and it’s unfair that you’re cheating the system when we can only cheat the system and cash in loads of money that we make a day, that we should be using for better transit and better commute but dont because we care less about the people and more about how much we can take home in our pockets”

funny how they get serious about people evading tolls , how much effort they put into catching people evading tolls , but why dont we see the same efforts trying to stop subway crime ? for the state of new york toll evasion is more serious than people getting pushed into the tracks or unprovoked subway attacks

Maybe if they actually made the systems worth the money people would pay. Why should anyone have to pay about $6-7 dollars everyday just to ride a train where you could literally get killed

Maybe if they lowered their price people can afford to pay it’s kind of like highway robbery literally way too expensive for New York City tolls some people only make $250 a week and get taxed on top of that give them some breaks for residential people that live in New York and New Jersey you’re treating them like their visitors

The legal purpose of driver's license is commercial in nature. If you're not participating in commerce on the public road you are not required to have a driver's license🙂The public roadways are free for everyone as a matter of rights📜 you don't need a driver's license, registration, insurance, inspection, or license plates to travel in your private automobile or any recreational/private way of traveling 🤔In law there's a clear distinction between Motor Vehicle and Automobile. LOOK UP Constitutional law 329 page 1135, Title 18 U.S.C. Section 31(a6), New York State Article 21 General Provision Section 21.05 #9 or in any STATE❗

You all failed to realize that this is a sovereign nation under the Constitutional Republic📜 you buy a car but you need DMV permission to drive it🤔that's not freedom that's slavery⛓ DMV is a service provider the police are service provider that operates under commerce they are now supposed to be forcing you to do business with them that's a violation of the Uniform Commercial Code😐violation of the Federal Trade Commission Act under title 15 USC

There are people who are American Nationals (Not American Citizens) who don't have driver’s licenses, license plates and drive as a free man/woman. The best part about that is IT IS LEGAL for them to drive anywhere in the state. Even for them to cross the Canadian boarder. There is a difference between a "Motor vehicle and an Automobile". However you need to know the law and be able to back yourself up once they stop you.
