Actually dito sa us mahal talaga rent ng bahay or apartment, depende din sa area at city. Sa NJ ganyan din price nagrange ang 1 BR apt from $1600-2300. Kaya dapat ma realize ng mga kamag anak sa pinas na di porket nasa America mayaman na agad, mahal din bills namen dito lol

Filipina New Yorker din ako..... but iim living in Queens which majority ng Filipino lives, my rent is half the rent He is paying.... and the reason why mahal dito sa New York because ang salary is much higher than other state, cost of living is high because income is high :)

@ Francis .. the last time I lived in Manhattan was 2010 before I moved to Long Island and my rent was $2,200 then .. it was on the Upper Eastside.. I lived there for years and my rent started from $1,400. and every year there was an increased … I thought I’d share it! ❤ from Long Island.. take care 🎊🎉

Dito sa california ang rental fees for a one bedroom nasa almost 2500, to 3,000 a month which is not included yung monthly for cellphone bills, electricity, food, gas etc..

Pareho sa California sa San Francisco. The reason is high taxes. Pag mataas ang tax, mataas ang cost of living. Hindi na ma afford ng mga tao ang mga bilihin. Ang mga Democrat politicians mataas mag tax. Cali and NY are run by democrats. Almost a million residents from California left, and more than half a million in NYC also because they can't afford it. Yung ibang homeless naman ay either nagda drugs or tamad mag work.
