However pain in our reality can seem obsolete when given an eternity of paradise. So in the Bible God allows Satan to screw Jobs life up because job believes in God and finds peace in him. That is why it is important to put your trust in God because without him everything is meaningless and you are vulnerable to Satan. It may seem horrible from our view but like having a horrible sickness you wish to die but after you have recovered you are glad you are alive. So when we are in pain while alive we are rewarded with paradise after we die if we have believed in God and repented. So even though the child was raped and murder the child will have an eternity of paradise with God. This is a victory even though the child was abused.

That is mythological and a characteristic perpetuated by the fairytales of fiction. Satan left heaven, God banished him. So when you think about angels in their function, they have a level of Autonomy, however they are more subjected to a law of function more than humans. Hi David, I don't know what you're going through or what kind of oppression you're experiencing but I would like to say this: Cling to God's word. Ultimately, what the enemy wants to do is drive you away from closeness to God. No matter what circumstances look like or what's the outcome you are praying for and how far it may seem, if you are clinging to God, you are victor. What is more, God is always walking with you. He will bring you through. Stay the course! (Also, if I may say so, I encourage you to nurture close friendships with strong believers. We aren't called to do this on our own.) Praying right now for deliverance for you and sustaining faith. I find that in most of my battles I need both!

Lucifer was created a beautiful, angel of Light who was given power and authority over the earth. He rebelled, was cursed, became man's adversary rather than helper and he lost all of heaven but gained the earth....for a time. He retains his power as God has allowed it but only for a time. Now the hearts of all people are tested. Will you serve him or will you serve God? God has not lost one bit of His power or sovereignty in allowing satan to continue to test the hearts of people. He is not cruel either as He has provided a refuge in Jesus. There is a way out of every temptation and power in Jesus to withstand every evil.
