⁠@@damiandelgado6550I understand this is just a comment about a Roblox edit but this wouldn’t make any sense, the Wehrmacht had a maximum serving in the military of 2-4 years so serving for 11 years would be impossible, plus the amount of PTSD you’d have would probably be crippling. Plus infantry isn’t a rank it is just something used to describe a soldiers role.

They’ve put their life on the line for your country and gone through things that will negatively affect them for years, if not, the rest of their life. No soldier, no matter what they did, no matter who they are, should be disrespected, and remember. Those soldiers protect you too, and without them, who knows where you would be. So never, and I mean never, disrespect a soldier. Always respect your military. Thank you, and thank our soldiers for their service.

I am a geologist and on one of my expeditions I found notes and poems from various German soldiers. But I remember only 3 of them. These are notes from a Wehrmacht soldier, a Fermacht officer and a Waffen SS Sturmbannführer. Two of them, around 1940, said that they were tired of the war and wanted to end it. But in a note from a Waffen SS officer it was said that in 1940 we gained the upper hand. And in 1945 (in April) it was said that he did not want to be killed. Conclusion: People in power are too 7
