What I’m including;
• Any moment of physical pain (as severe as the infirmary or as minor as the word “ow”).
• Any moment of a physically unpleasant experience (i.e. simply falling to the ground, falling in water unwillingly, almost drowning, trapped, etc.)
• Any moment of physically unstable conditions (i.e. illnesses, allergic reactions, symptoms, paralyzed, exhaustion, etc.)
• Any mere claim of being hurt on the show but offscreen, along with anything in exclusive clips, audition tapes, and the opening themes that were notably relevant to the timeline.
• Anything is included regardless of exaggeration or pain threshold (especially in Izzy’s case).
What I’m NOT including:
• Anything that happens during dreams, hallucinations, or in Mike’s subconscious mind.
• I won’t be including every time someone pukes, since it is sometimes not associated with pain or illness, but rather disgust.
• Most injuries that are closely related and happen back to back or during a montage will usually share one number, (i.e. Heather’s dares) For example, if someone gets punched in the face 5 times, I’m not gonna make five separate numbers for each individual punch, lord have mercy.
• If someone is chased by an animal or has a near-death ordeal, I unfortunately will not include a number until they are physically affected by it.

You gotta admit, besides her manipulative nature she was really in it to win it and took a lot of pain to get far in each season. Hell, the amount of times she got hurt from her teammates and still managed to work with them is admirable.

Pain Score Total: 58 Island: 19 Action: 20 World Tour: 17 Revenge of The Island: 1 All-Stars: 1 Keep in mind that I condense most of the numbers that are closely related. So like, if Mal punched Izzy in the face 5 different times, I’m only counting that as 1 number for her score because that’s all part of a continuous moment of the same type of pain.

Every elimination caused by heather Tdi: Eva (Eva lost her temper after someone stole her MP3 Player, believing that somebody on her team had taken it.) Justin (Heather convinced her alliance (Lindsay, Beth), Owen, and Izzy to vote Justin off instead of her.) Cody (Cody was mauled by a bear and left in a full body cast, so his team thought he was no longer useful, although possibly unintentional.) Beth (Heather exposed Beth for taking a cursed tiki idol from Boney Island, causing their team to blame Beth for their losses.) Harold (Harold bailed in the skiing challenge when he was distracted by Heather, although possibly unintentional.) Trent (When Gwen told Leshawna that Heather kissed Trent, Leshawna then told everybody to vote him or Heather off. Since Heather won invincibility, they voted out Trent instead.) Lindsay (In a sudden-death challenge, Lindsay crossed the finish line second, but was also the last to cross the line due to a technicality.) DJ (DJ ran away before the Killer even got to him, automatically eliminating him. Although unintentional.) Izzy 2 (In an animal-hunting challenge, Izzy shot Heather, Chef Hatchet, a plane, and a horse with a tranquilizer gun due to her poor shooting skills.) Geoff (Duncan, Heather, and Owen saw Geoff's happy attitude and popularity as a threat and voted him out) Heather...? (accidentally partook in a dare that involved shaving her head, but because she did not agree to be shaved, she was automatically eliminated for refusing to preform the dare.) Might continue...
