Dji’s support is just insane. I will say that over the phone the support is bad as their employees don’t know answers to anything. However once you ship your product in, they are very fast in determining the problem. My drone (mavic 2 zoom) has a warranty issue and the camera was defective. within 2 weeks of sending my drone in, I had a Brand new one sitting outside my door. This says a lot about them as they are so big in the market. Their customer service has really gotten better

😷🇺🇸🧂. STUPID QUESTION.... If you purchase a brand new drone, you will receive a brand new drone with warranty and ability to get the “care refresh “ coverage. AND... all of the accessories included in the package. You even get a second remote which you can use for a second user or training. (You CAN now utilize TWO remote control units simultaneously!) I use the smart remote for my wife, the included remote for me and we switch the DJI goggles RE back and forth.. everything works flawlessly. AND... the damaged drone which you can use for spare parts and repairs to the new one if it ever requires it. Repairs are quite easy since there are now a bunch of KZfaq repair videos. Also... most all of the parts are available on Amazon or eBay IF you feel “handy”. Good luck with the replacement! Thanks for your videos!

I did then send my drone in for repair after watching your video. Was just about to throw my drone out. (Mavic 2 Pro) but DJI fixed it for $430. and it took 3 days altogether. (THREE) Saved me $1,000. buying a used one. Incredible service, better and cheaper than I could have imagined.

You were so lucky right now because I just lost $500 by crashing into a powerline. I want to say powerlines are stupid. and when I recovered it, gimbal is completely broken off propellers are broken. I am like 10 years old. I do stupid crazy ideas and it’s probably my dumbest idea yet flying my drone in the dark flying pretty far out and not looking at the screen. It was my fault because I didn’t look at the screen or pointed gimbal up. It was actually well. It was actually dark outside, so and I was in sport mode so I would say that is so my fault 100% I was flying with my friends and my life flash before my eyes before I saw the red lights on the drone go crazy and fall to the ground and then I merely looked at the controller. It said aircraft disconnected and said no image transmission signal returned home. My dad was outside and he really stopped in Stracks and I told him he it looks like he was very worried and then one when we found it we found it in the condition where the gimbal is broken I think the arms were broken, but I didn’t have enough time to see any problems were broken and my dad is going to bed right now and I’m kind of happy about that and he said I am very pissed at you right now and I said yeah thank you for saying that there really cheered me up. I know it sounds stupid but I’m sorry that this comment is long but they’re actually kind of cheer me up because it’s encouraging me to not do that again and now I learned from my stupid mistakes and my friends and even my sister was saying you should not fly at night and of course I don’t listen to them next time when I save up for a new drone, I’m gonna listen to 100% and eggs and I’m not gonna fly at night and I’m not always gonna look at the screen not drawn itself well actually when I was on my dad’s my fault

I have a mavic 2 Pro drone from Amazon I bought not too long ago I have not even taken out of the box I'm glad I watch your video first. Thank you.! I pray that I'll be able to visit your country in the near future for I watch a Messianic Jewish telecast on KZfaq out of the Ukraine.

Sad to say but dji mavic 2 side sensors sucks because it only works if your in tripod mode or follow me mode only front and back sensors work if your in normal mode i hope dji fix that in future updates

I crashed my drone last week and I’m sending it to repair. Do you know if they offer DJI Care on the brand new refurbished unit that they send you? Would it be an option?

Right so I just got a drone and my buddy tested it in sports mode and smacked into my house wall as the obstacle avoidance doesn’t work in that mode and right now one or 2 top sensors have been moved a bit and now it won’t take off even if I calibrate them 😬

I read online that If you don’t send them the battery, they will charge you for a new one. I just sent in my drone with the battery, I hope they send me them battery back. I have; 2 broken arms Broken gimbal Broken front sensors Fan inside doesn’t work anymore The drone still turns on and the camera works but it says the processor is overheating, I assume because the fan doesn’t work. I hope they don’t try to replace the board like yours

My quot e for repair was almost exactly the same. almost seems like they send you a quote for about half the cost knowing you'll choose to repair it.

Do the repair yourself, man... basically is just swapping things! I've crashed mine last week and i changed the gimbal vibration damper, the landing gear and some little other components by myself! What is broken on yours? you may find watch you need on Ebay or Amazon..

Same man I crashed mines for the first time ever since I bought it in 2019 doing my first gig, all 4 propellers suffered some form of damage and missing pieces. The right forward vision camera lens cracked and the plastic cover too. The main camera lens cracked but that's about it. Hopefully repair isn't too expensive because my care refresh plan ended 2 days ago...

So the real question here is: WHY? Like, why do they send you updates and pictures of YOUR DRONE during the repair process, when in the end they just throw it in a scrap pile box and ship you out a newly refurbed one? ... I suppose it's all for show mostly, to make you think they're actually doing something with yours so they can charge what they want to and make you feel like it's justified

I flew my m2pro into the water this summer. I managed to get it up after 10 seconds but it was totally water damaged. I got a new refurbished m2pro... cost 1050 euro plus I lost one battery. It looks like new so its ok.

Extended warranty is extremely important if you fly drone each day for work ...I had Mavic air 2 as my back up ...unfortunately crash into tree and fall.. camera gimbal broken ...took to Best Buy and they offered me full refund ...now I am waiting for my new drone to be arrived today ....
