ABOUT OUR CHANNEL
Hello, everyone! I'm Dr. Jeff Anzalone CEO of www.DebtFreeDr..com. I’m a periodontist who transformed from relying on solo active income to building multiple streams of passive income. After overcoming a $300,000 student loan debt, I began this channel to share financial strategies and investment principles. I discovered that investing in real estate syndications was a powerful tool to reach financial freedom without giving up precious family time. Now, I aim to guide others towards financial freedom quicker than they ever imagined. Subscribe for weekly videos to join me on this journey!

Established dentist here. I refuse to purchase my own practice because I agree with your brother - I can do without the headache of practice ownership. However, I am now planning on putting aside funds to explore real estate investing. Your videos are rather insightful. Happy I came across them.

Retired Solo pediatric dentist here. 1.1 million take home on $1,850,000 production, 42 percent overhead. Office 2,400 sq ft, 4 ops, worked 4 days a week. Never wanted to have multiple offices, increased overhead, increased liability, and didn’t want to babysit other Dentist. Everyone has their own set of skills and limitations. Best to keep inflow with what works for you. The problem with averages is that limits imagination. You can build anything you want. You can also practice how you want, hire other to things you do not want to do, aka the 0:30 headaches.

There is so much more variation than what you described. With full mouth implant surgery trends. If you are a competent efficient surgeon you can average 12k a day-take home as an independent contractor working no more than 6-8 hrs a day.

@moses-525 I agree. What I'm focusing in is the average. Don't forget about taxes, though. Unless you use the short-term rental tax loophole or file Real Estate Professional Status (check out my videos on each), you'll be paying ALOT of taxes 😉.

@@DebtFreeDoctorJeffAnzalone I hear you. Just saying with the emergence of all on 4 centers. Surgical associates can take home well over a million working three days a week as an independent contractor through my subchapter S corporation. This category of practices is causing the emergence of another category of dentists… more like super dentists!
