I was looking at a place in that complex a few years ago. Wanted to stay somewhere outside of Ocho Rios. That's in Hanover Parish, no? On the Negril Border?. That's a beautiful area, but I end up still staying in Ocho Rios at a place where there are lots of fruit trees and on a hill over looking the sea (my preference). Real Estate in Jamaica is through the roof now a days.

I stayed here. Absolutely amazing. Was sad to leave. Will be in Negril next month but staying at a hotel because the owner is staying at her place full time now!

A-house is not the same as THIS-house. Title change needed. Of course size of house and location (land price with clear-title) makes a big difference. Before I plunk down 892 million Jamaican dollars, I'd want to also know the "yearly association fee" or the property tax.

I'm not looking to buy a house; but, the attached 🎥 house show really does have a beautiful ocean view that a home owner or vacationer would love to enjoy to look out to from the beautiful balconies connections sweet; I know it's really best to see a house before putting money down on, but, based on what I 👀 saw by the attached 🎥 show; it's really a lovely 👀 looking house, love the yellow paint colored walls to. 👌

Throp that place is to die for. The investors need to build some Condos, three or four stores overlooking the sea. You have a lot people who wants to come to live the good life, and breathe in the fresh Caribbean Air. Keep up the good work and keep highlighting the South Coast of Jamaica.

$595,000US don't worth it. It look like this house is in the West End of Negril near Rick's Café. I have been there many time it was nice years ago. I would not pay $5000US for it. Your life is value more that $595,00. Crazy people.
