Honestly, even if you’re booking the smallest suite, the room is at least twice as big as Uniworld for about the same price. Definitely something I would consider.

Do they have a packag for full time stay ? I would not be surprised if it is cheaper in the long run than buying a house where you have to handle all the maintenance plus the food. I've seen this case where a couple was paying a fortune for a senior persons place where the food and service is super bad and it was cheaper for them to live full time on a cruise ship. I know one lady that pays around $5,000 per month for a senior housing and the food and service experience is way below par. I get it that the Ritz experience must be more expensive than cruise ships, but for those who can afford million dollar houses which require huge maintenace it seems a no brainer imoho. Thoughts ?

So it says "Fares are per person based on double occupancy." So double the price for solo travel?

It's insane for that price category there is a "paid restaurant". That's not a yachting experience. There's no reason to have a paid restaurant in this kind of high end small ship luxury cruise. That's almost like having a luxury ship of this size with an inside cabin category.
