Hello - as a Forex trader you will be paying taxes as individul as it follows: - tax on income - 10% - health insurance - between 444 euro up to 4.440 euro / year, depending on the amount of your net income. This is a flat amount - even if you will make 1 mil euro income, this will still be an amount in this area.

@@mbvtaxexpert Ok thanks, is there capital gains ? The broker is based in Canada and incomes can be both put under personal incomes via dividends or via a company that i would register in Romania. Is there anything else to pay as taxes ? Dividends might be 8/9% per year right ?
