GM was pretty conservative with the stock factory tune on the LNF cars but one of the things behind the "LNFs blow up" story is that people got too agressive with tuning them. When the GXP and Redline were new, some people cranked out 350, 400bhp with stock internals...for a while. I like the factory GMPP upgrade for the LNF, with the learn-down removed via the GMPP tune and a well thought out exhuast it can get you to a bit over 300bhp and 370 ft-lbs with very little risk; that's not much more than the GMPP tune provides in the first place.

Honestly no idea where I am at horsepower wise but the tune seems very safe the air fuel ratio is where it supposed to be at and while it does run more boost it is nothing crazy

@@alexchavez1011 That's the important bit. I don;t know what your elevation is, but at the coast I saw 22 psi a few times, with just the GMPP tune. More usally 20psi, and bone stock off the showroom I'd routinely see 15psi with a peak of 17. My '08 sees 14 regularly today with a peak of 17 so I'd say that's representative for my locale at least
