Had mold in our walls and had to tear down one side of our house and re-stucco everything. Just that project alone was close to $100k so I'm not surprised with your overall total. House looks beautiful! Congrats!

this was SO incredibly informative. thank you so much for all of the details. the before and after was also so helpful in understanding the process. i had no idea how much renos actually cost, so this was just absolutely eye opening. now my husband and i have a better idea of what to expect and can be much more realistic.

Wow! The only thing I'm wondering so far is: Why does the (amazing) Liebherr-Fridge not have an Ice maker, and there must be used one of these cheap units on the counter (which don't keep the cubes frozen)?

Man I honestly don't get how you make so much money through FBA and selling courses. 141k subscribers is a lot, there's no doubt that is a great accomplishment but say you sell 10% (and that seems very generous) of your subscribers a course for a thousand dollars, that's what? 14 grand before taxes? I'm not saying I doubt you and I do believe you have earned yourself wealth but I really don't see how from the videos I've watched. Is it all coming from FBA? I thought that was kind of on a back burner for you

John Blanchette Yoir math is way wrong. If 14k bought a course for a thousand that’s $14 million. And his course is like half that, but he would still be doing a couple million if he sold about a few thousand.

It’s not as high now the percentage. About 5-7% . And I’ve sold about 10k courses so that’s about 5 Million right there before other income. It’s not all coming from FBA, courses are my main source, then FBA is second, then other things like ad revenue, affiliate marketing, etc
