It’s only possible with a damaged battery and the lithium is exposed. And it’s not saltwater. It’s any water. lithium reacts with hydrogen in the water.

@@hr1229 there is a lot more to it than just a commercial license. From what I understand: if you plan on fishing on your boat, you need to get a commercial fishing permit for your boat, that one is like $400 or so. A lot of new rules now apply for your boat since it is a commercial (you'll have to read up on it). When doing a commercial trip, everyone in your boat needs to have a commercial license. Now for the tricky part, all your fish caught during a commercial trip needs to be "landed." You can either land them yourself with a fish retail license, OR you write a fish transportation receipt and take your fish to someone who's a fish receiver.

I wonder what that total breaks down to per hour. I can't imagine many commercial halibut fisherman being able to survive off ~$2200 made over 19 days spent fishing especially not in the bay area.

I commercial fish bluefin out of cape cod and guys are getting 2$ a pound for the best fish in the world. A lot of people aren’t surviving in this industry at the moment. The fish pens off Baja is where all the tuna money went. Idk bout butts

Do you sell your fish before you get off the water or do you sell off the water to private consumers? Just asking because the license is very different. Can you break down cost for commercial license, boat commercial registration, license to sell fish etc…thanks for the content🤙🏽
