So I can buy 1% of the royalties for a song and then just continuously stream it on Spotify and make money with it. Sounds legit. Creating 50 more Spotify accounts rn. 🤷‍♀️

@Rylee Ferguson Plus free and payed accounts contribute a different value per stream. I hope they wouldn't pay 15 a month for premium Spotify on those 60 accounts to back their 1% investment. Wouldn't be the wisest strategy lol

8mil plays for $26k, I ain't releasing music any time soon. I rather suffer through a 9 to 5. That's roughly $0.00325 per play, one thing history taught me is that musicians are bound to be robbed.

It took 5 years to get that 26k. Those were “ALL TIME SALES” dating back to April 2014 until august 2019. Don’t be fooled. I can show the same cause I’m an artist too.

I did find that very interesting. I would like to know a little more though. Armor is a song you wrote and created but do you also get paid on cover songs as well? I heard artists do but very minimally, is this correct? Like how much would you make on a similarly listened to song but a cover song?

This is really interesting. I’m not a musician or anything but, I always wonder how people afford what they do when their jobs are not a corporate or “STEM” job. This is so cool and I feel like if this video was promoted, musicians who have dreams would go after their dreams. This is so invaluable.
