I recall this house when first you took us through. The Whole Basement was the Murder Room. It looks 100% Better now. I hope you come out ahead on the sale of this one.

Hardwood floors or not people are going to throw down rugs everywhere and you won't even notice the "spots'. You could have them slap another coat of poly on it but it looks fine. Love the kitchen, wish mine was like that.

I really like how this house turned out. This is one of your greater transformations. I like the over all vibe and that backyard will be a gardener's paradise. Some house hunter will be very happy with what you accomplished :-)

The Ferguson magic wand to the rescue ✨️ it works like a charm every time. The weather (or watering) has benefitted the garden. In hindsight, I'd have suggested moving the living-to-dining archway closer to the front door to ease traffic flow/intrusion in the living room. But I'm nitpicking here! 🖖🙏
