my grandma does vending machines and my papa owns like 10 laundromats. i live with both of them and we do this every week, it’s so cool bro, but weird fact about owning laundromats, we get A LOT of failed robberies, and pro tip for anyone who’s planning on robbing a laundromat, don’t try to break into the back room, there’s no money in there it’s legit just cleaning supplies and a heater, i’m not even joking like go for the changer or the machines, goodness some of these thieves are not smart.

So how hard and how costly is to work with vending machines and laundromats
@violet.93223 жыл бұрын
@@thelegalmexican9860 well with vending machines it’s not super hard to make profit because (for example) let’s say you’re selling airheads. What you would do is buy a box of 50 airheads for $8.00, you sell them in your machine for $.50 each, you’d make $25 of of that so in profit you made $17. You do that with everything and it’s not very hard! With laundromats it is harder though. I don’t know as much about laundromats but we have lots of bills in the changer and lots of quarters from all of the machines but sometimes it’s not enough but it’s usually pretty good profit! I know most people aren’t comfortable sharing this but i don’t really care so i will just in case you’re wondering, we make anywhere in between $3,000 and $6,000 a week from 1 laundromat and i’m really not sure about vending machines. If you build and sell laundromats you can make a lot as well. That’s what my papa used to do, he would build them for ab $1m and sell them for like $1.4m and then you’d get $400,000 in profit! If you have any other questions lmk !

It’s a bit misleading sir. It’s not how much your coke machine “made today”. That’s far from the truth. Although these machines, placed in the right places, can do well, so much depends on foot traffic. But u have the upkeep costs, overhead etc to add to that money you are taking out. Right? Next, how long do you give that machine to make that 600 and change? These would give potential investors a more realistic view of these types of investments. Thank you for sharing your videos.
@kkirschkk3 жыл бұрын
In his last shorts video on this he said that he made about 75 over four days [out of something like 110 in total], which would mean that it would take a bit more than a month to pay back a machine like this including everything.
@lectrician23 жыл бұрын
He's shown his net profit in a few, though not in this one. There's not much time commitment other then a hour a week, and once you have a reliable machine, maybe factor in 50 bucks for repairs every 6 months. It's a pretty good business.
@dehash6663 жыл бұрын
@@lectrician2 , it is all about locations.
@lectrician23 жыл бұрын
@@dehash666 Definitely, his is great where it is, because its a high cash flow location, and people already have cash out for the laundromat, so why not go get a coke while you are at it, you still have that change. One issue though is that he doesn't have credit card readers on it I think, which is a stupid decision for any vending machine, because the more the options to pay, the more likely people will buy your goods.

@rxtuninginc84443 жыл бұрын
@@bagers5636 even if 1 machine made $50 a week profit all said and done with everything accounted for including maintenance then owning 20 or 30 machines would make you $1000-1500 a week. Would take you a few hours one day a week to go around and refill the machines. Easy work. I know guys that own 200 machines and make a killing. Some areas are bad, machines are damaged more often etc. After a while he learned where and simply moved them elsewhere as that location cost more than it generated.
@bagers56363 жыл бұрын
@@rxtuninginc8444 I meant per machine, but yeah. Im sure it takes a while to learn where to put them and stuff, but to outright own just 10 machines will cost you about 30,000 usd. and at a constant $50 a week rate it would take 50 years to pay off. I was just hoping to point out you cant just buy 3 or 4 for a few hundred dollars and never work again, but when you know the game you can besically live off them if you wish.
@rxtuninginc84443 жыл бұрын
@@bagers5636 no way in hell that math works. Machine 3k. Makes 50 bucks a week let's even say that's total, so $35 profit. Thats $140 a month, $1680 a year... machine paid off in 1 year and 9 months. Which means the same for buying all 10. Thats also being in the super low side of a machine only earning $50 a week... if its 200 a week those 10 machines could be paid off in a year and then its all in your pocket less the maintenance costs. 50 years... lol.
