It is interesting, and it does provide further motivation to keep moving toward my goals for Gold & Silver into the future. That's 15,000 ounces of Silver and 250 ounces of Gold. I'm a very long way from either one, but I'll continue to head in that direction for as long as I can afford to do so.

I used a 401k 2yr loan of 10k to purchase the big stuff helped a lot. My main goals is to build collateral, save for retirement, and have enough to pay house off if I lost my job. 10oz gold and about 1500oz silver. A lot is vintage rare antique silver. I don't have any quantity goal. This only my 1st year stacking.

If I had bought only silver (at todays spot) I would have had around 5500 ozs. But traded some for gold, and have been buying gold since, as it's easier to carry if I move, a fire, tornado or other occurrence happened. I invested some of my retirement into metals, and had been buying over the years. I am single, so I can spend as I please.

I have my 30 pieces of silver. Hence I am saved. 🙏🕊❤️

Another great video there BGM. I wasn't surprised at the low figure to get into the 20% or even the top 5%. In the western world we are conditioned to buy crap, (on Credit) buy high and sell cheap, its like a Hamster Wheel of failure for 95% of the population. I was the same but woke up one day 20 years ago and said 'why am I doing this' and broke the cycle. Its such a pity that most people never ever break this 'doom loop' and realise what they are doing!!

I mean, I see silver as 3 things: - A store of wealth. I take the fiat I have now, and park it in silver. - A layer of savings. If I need fiat later because I don't have enough, it's easy to get fiat for it. - A bridge between currencies. If all else fails and the USD shits itself the way the ZWD did, it won't be Mad Max. We'll just stop using the USD, and use another fiat currency we find valuable. Silver can easily be traded for that new fiat.

Great job BGM, very informative especially your math calculations are very accurate. Your love of math is wonderful, well done. Got a kick with "the Whales amongst us", those in rarefied air. Those with in the 12,294 to 16,146 ounce category the 0.1 percenter's. I've heard of crypto Whales, but never Silver Whales until this video. Maybe someday, if possible devote a portion of the video to those that made the Silver Whale category. What types of backgrounds do they come from etc, I know for a fact it's possible even for an average individual to become a silver whale. With time, patience, making wise decisions or maybe shifting assets into precious metals (silver with delivery) one can achieve the whale level.

This may be the only thing I am 1% of, in this world. Now if it would just go up to its 1980 price I might feel like I am worth something but no, I just listen to all the idiots that talked me into buying it while the price stays low for 10 years while the entire world falls apart. Amazing. I'm more convinced silver will never go up because , I own it.

That's a whole other situation though. THOSE are the "investments", next to the "store of wealth" piles in the safe.

I’m new to your channel and really enjoyed your video on what it takes to be in the top 1% silver stackers. I currently have 405 ounces of silver, I started stacking in April of 2022. What if I rolled over my IRA into a physical gold and silver IRA, would that count for the top 1%?

With the decade or two, most of us can be in the top 0.1%. ✅

This comparison clearly shows us how underpressure silver price is, if we could have managed to add the manipulation in numbers to the formula, we would see the number of ons needed decreasing.

I like to buy 10oz of Ag and 1g of Au or 2g of Pt every paycheck. It's harder to liquidate for me and my overall savings has increased more than in the bank. Though, I also spilled some Au dissolved in aqua regia and coated a ring stand in gold on accident. So maybe my ring stand is worth more money now with a anti corrosive coating😅

Hey Baldguy,, first of all I would like to say I’m a big fan of your podcast. Thank you and keep up the good work! Next, in regard to “crypto experience’s” question and your response to his question regarding the pegging of gold by the BRICS nations in August, I must say I strongly disagree with your response. I believe that the best thing that could happen for us stackers would be if they went ahead and pegged gold to their cumulative M-1 money supply ( or whatever each country in the BRICS nations calls their equivalent to ours here in the U. S. ) in order to get a fair value And fair and strong backing to their new payment currency! They can use a 40% backing to gold like we had in the US when we were on a gold standard. If they do indeed use this as a yardstick to what they would need the price of gold to be, I believe, even if cumulatively their combined M1 money supply is 1/2 of our M1 money supply and they would have to peg the price of gold to at least $7500 an ounce! The reason I use that number is James Rickards uses the M1 money supply in the US as an example of what the price of gold would be at a 40% gold backed standard, and he says we would have to be at around $15,000 an ounce and half of $15,000.. is $7,500.,…now that makes sense. I also would like you to know that I agree with you 100% about “letting te free market determine the price of gold”. However, as we’ve seen over the last decade or more, that that is certainly not the case! We are all aware of, the gold, and silver markets being two of the most manipulated markets at the CME and the LBME. Many people stack PM to avoid counterparty risk. However, if you think about redeeming your stack (you can't eat or wear it!), you rely on other party's to pay you a "fair" value. Will the LCS be able to get cash from a bank? Who will set the "fair" value after a reevaluation of the currency? Even barter may see speculation, and black markets are always over priced. Silver will be more valued than a paper dollar in such Mad Max situations, but its' value is unknown for now.

Here is a great question to answer. If the U.S. dollar is collapsing and the advice that everyone is pushing to go into gold. Why would you buy gold eagles or buffalo? If gold is gold, why pay the extra premium on a failling country. I only buy eagles , but I live in the U.S. WOULDNT it be wise to buy the same quality .999 or .9999 fine from other top counties. I think everyone is just repeating each other. When the truth is not being told. Just my 2 cents. Thank you for all you do for the community. Stay safe.

This has nothing to do with this topic of your video, but how do you feel about the other metals. Plat and plad are several times scarce than gold or silver. I know they are used for cats in gas powered cars. These used to be twice the price if gold a few years ago. Makes you wonder if this is the time if a lifetime to buy. Once the war started in Ukraine, these metal talk went silent. I have a few ounces if each. I can't stop thinking " what if ". What do you think. Maybe a future video topic? What would the top 0,001% be?

I want to make sure at our age being 70 and 73 we can live warm, dry with bellies full. LOL. However when we pass wants to be sure we actually leave something of real value to our children. We have 5 acres on a lake small retirement home no bills. What is best way to keep our home warm, belly full and leave for our kids?

What is this BTC fascination? I love crypto but BTC’s corporate organization, corporate officers, creators, board members and statements of financial accounting are an absolute and complete mystery. In the future all monies (crypto or fiat) will have to publicly release the hard assets backing them and a confirming balance sheet. What on earth makes you think BTC will publicly disclose this information? BTC is going to zero.

I can see collecting/stacking 2500 ounces. Perhaps even a bit more. But 12K? The idea of 800 pounds of silver is unappealing to say the least lol Now if a side business of melting/casting were really booming, perhaps there'd be periods of time where I might have large quantities laying around. But that would be unnerving without extreme security measures.
