How much weight can you lift on other planets in the Solar System? On Earth, an average human can lift about 30 to 60 kg. Our body strength will determine how much weight can we lift. But, our strength is not the only thing that determines it. The gravity also plays an important role. If Earth was twice the size than now, then we won't be able to lift as much as now. Similarly, if Earth and its gravity was too small, then we could have lifted heavy animals like elephants easily with one hand. But, gravity is different on other planets in the solar system. We won't even be able to lift 2 kgs on the surface of the Sun. Because the Sun is the most massive object in the Solar System. It contains 99% of mass in the entire Solar System. But if we go to Pluto, then we could lift an elephant while standing there. So, how much weight can we lift on other planets? Watch this video to know more.
