Hello from San Francisco Mark. Tim is a very brave man. Tears flowed from my eyes when he said he didn’t want his children to grow up without their father. Wow Tim’s wife Paula was diagnosed with cancer as well! Mark your brother and sister-in-law are Miracles. How did they manage that level of stress?

Wow Mark... what a wonderful brother you have. He is truly blessed with his health, family, and careers. What a contrast just within your family. I'm curious as to why you are just learning about some of the intricacies of his life. I used to have a 1/2 brother who've I since disowned and truly hope our paths never cross again but it goes to show that you really don't know how lucky you are until you hear fascinating stories such as you provided in this interview. I wish ALL of you the very best. I look forward to you returning back to the PI and your wonderful life and family. I certainly will look you up and if you like interview me as a new friend. I did view your interview with your neighbor that is former law enforcement from Florida. I'll tell you right now, please don't use him as a representative of all former cops. I won't say anymore until I talk to you in person.

Also a cancer survivor here. My scenario very similar. I had about 3 weeks tops to live before. I finally got treatment while waiting for my philippina wife to return from her vacation in the Philippines... I got in to chemo with about 2 weeks to live. Fortunately After chemo nearly killed me 3 or 4 times I ended up beating the cancer and I too had an infant son. It was about 18 months old. I recall when I was in my extreme pain before his mom returned, Yes, I gave him his bottle of milk and he turned to me and said thank you, daddy.... Pretty good for about 16 months.. I will mirror the same fact. I was not going to let my little boy grow up with no daddy.. Many a time that really kept me going. My utmost respect to anyone who. Has dealt with cancer and survived. Now my son recently turned 16 and is over 6 foot 3 tall. Hes into boxing. And martial arts.. He is Chinese filipino, Mixed with myself, White and a little Native American.. He is one handsome. Level-headed, young man.. 🙏🙏

It's amazing that it took the emergency department to finally diagnose your condition, with only a couple of months to live without treatment you sure dodged a bullet that time. My experience with emergency departments is that they seem to have a very young staff that are much more open minded as to what could be wrong with you plus they have all the diagnosing tools right there (X rays, blood tests etc). Thank god for emergency departments.

Wow, Mark. This is one of your most interesting and inspirational interviews. Your brother's story is one of a true cancer survivor's story. He went through hell for almost 4-years to recover from cancer and then had his wife have breast cancer and she survived her bout. Praise the Lord. They also had their story about having twins after failing to have any kids. The Lord is truly good. Your brother should write a book about his life. Man, what a movie it would make! God truly provides for him and his wife. Praise the Lord. Keep up the Faith and Fire, Manchu. AATW RLTW God Bless you and your brother. Keep interviewing it's your gift from God.
