How Nathan Wade’s Excuse of Apple Pie Workplace Romance With Fani Willis Just Confirmed Perjury

Former Georgia special prosecutor Nathan Wade recently opened up about his past workplace relationship with Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis, characterizing it as a common occurrence in American workplaces. In his first media appearance since his resignation from the Georgia election interference case against former President Trump, Wade told ABC News' Linsey Davis on "Good Morning America" that such relationships are "as American as apple pie."
During the interview, Wade expressed regret that their relationship had overshadowed the significant legal proceedings. "I regret that this private matter became the focal point of a very important prosecution," he said. This issue came to the forefront after a judge mandated that either Willis or Wade must step down from the case due to the perceived conflict of interest their relationship introduced.
When asked why they didn’t disclose their relationship earlier, Wade explained that he was focused on maintaining the integrity of the ongoing case, emphasizing, "I do not speak for the district attorney’s office, and I believe they would prefer I didn’t partake in this discussion. My goal is to protect the integrity of the prosecution without jeopardizing it in any way."
Wade resigned after it was ruled that the nature of their past relationship, which began in 2022 and ended in the summer of 2023 though they remained friends, created an untenable situation. Meanwhile, despite the controversy, Willis defended her professional integrity, telling CNN, "I don’t feel like my reputation needs to be reclaimed. My greatest crime is having a relationship, which is not something I find embarrassing or illegal."

Affirmative Action was a stupid idea. To give a position to a lower exam scoring person preference over the higher score person was stupid and unfair to both ... the one that got the position and the one that should have gotten the position. Sooo 18 defense lawyers along with judge Mcafee agreed that it WAS a conflict of interest. He just ruled that he won’t disqualify if one of them is removed. Yet Lionel says that there’s absolutely no conflict here…. It’s Prosecution for Pay! That’s what the conflict was.

So, correct me if I'm wrong.... before this case Nathan Wade was working mostly Devorce Cases and had little or no experience as a prosecutor. Yet, he was the highest payed lawyer in involved in this case. Even though some of the other lawyers had experience prosecuting RECO cases. He really had no business being involved in the Trump case.

I am amazed at how this guy can completely forget about his sickly wife whom he is not paying sufficient support while going through a divorce. This man shows zero evidence of possessing even a modicum of moral turpitude and as such I do not believe he is qualified to be a prosecutor.

Natan and Fani both committed perjury. Nathan had to resign from the case because of the smell of impropriety, yet neither will be charged with perjury because they and the judge are democrats. When will Democrats be held accountable for when they break the law?
