@@gustavodelacruz646 genetics contribute and so do your hormone levels. know what the best way to drain your testosterone is? busting a nut. thats why you feel so tired for days after. know what the best way to boost testosterone is? no fap. there was a study done on both men and women who performed celibacy for a week. men a 1400% increase in test levels, women 1000%. just google it. youll be surprised what you find. yes genes contribute, but genes are just a small part of it, lifestyle is everything. lifestyle affects your hormones more. ever notice how our younger generations are balding younger and younger? seems like 25 is the new 35 for thinning hair and receding hairlines. people think its normal but just a few decades ago men werent balding until well into their 40s and 50s. all this incredibly accessible porn is the problem, men are just willingly draining their testosterone instead of working for that release like our not so distant ancestors used to.

@@gustavodelacruz646 false. no fap is a reboot for the endocrine system. obviously youve been brainwashed to think that sexual activity has no effect on your hormones and your aging. countless of no fappers testify that once they start no fap their skin lights up, they feel re energized, and their hair greatly improves. look at people who do steroids. they end up losing their hair because they put synthetic testosterone into their bodies, this causes the male testes to stop producing its own natural test. decreased test = hair loss. dont talk about this if you havent actually looked into it. there are studies on this and you could find them if you just look into it instead of being completely absorbed by the fear of being wrong about something. i myself have been on no fap for 4 years im 27. meanwhile i have friends that i went to highschool with who still to this day masturbate and have completely lost their hair already. to lose the hair at 27 is not normal. be careful with the word "completely" if you really think lifestyle has no effect than we have nothing to talk about.

Same thing happened with me, it wasn't until I was 25 that something flipped in me and I stopped caring what other people thought. Felt like liberation. You're going to notice it too. Even though you're already doing no fap you're going to notice you become more attractive to women. As a 32 year old let me tell you that you're going to love your thirties. @@plekplek4934 I have had a similar experience. Last year, I went on a 35 day nofap hardmode streak and some girl I just briefly met at a restaurant asked me for my number and she flirted with me by sending me nudes. When I relapsed, she completely stopped sending them and even texting me all together. At that point, I realized how strong and magical semen retention really is. There is just something to it that cannot be explained. Even on my 35 day streak, random people both men and women would just stare at me as if trying to figure out what's going on with me. It's like everyone can sense some serious energy, and that was just 35 days in. I am on a new streak now, I have cleaned up my diet completely especially sugar and processed food to make semen retention easier and so far it has been.

@@thuo1000 That's great to hear. Here's my question, do you become more attractive/dynamic because you retain or is it self fulfilling prophecy? It seems like it might be a little of both. Feels like your subconscious rewards you for not wasting energy so it tells you that you're attractive and you believe yourself. Remember that there's no difference between being confident and acting confident. If you can get your subconscious mind to back you up, even better.

fap and sex both drain you with quick reward while abstinence empowers you but you should let this power into something else, to be a source of your life energy. so you should have a goal. this is why a man in love achieves great heights. he has no sex yet but has this drive.

But having sex ends up the same way as masturbation does. If you gonna addict your self confidence from not getting ejaculation, how you gonna live in a relationship? Without sex? I would not like to be dependent from such a thing.

I relapsed today, not because I had urges, just for curiosity. It was fifty day while I started. I done it effortlessly without porn and squeezing it . I just became more sensitive on touch, so I kinda think this really works so I don't feel bad about relapsing. I saw it works so now I have greater will to continue . I will hit another 50 days with ease.
