I was psyched to get a 3A Druid Cloak but I wasn't dumb enough to think it was full odds, idk what Solo is smoking. The amount of gilded/mega rare rolls you get should be a clear tip-off that the drop modifiers apply.

yes this 100% but its jagex half arsed as per , also the point balancing is trash so many super simple tasks with big points and harder ones with crap points its not well thought out

they are all roughly the same point wise, only a variance of like 1k points per region (theyre all 9-11k). It's more so how annoying the grinds are. Like 300boss kill tasks which can be extremely time consuming for some bosses that can't be killed instantly, all tasks involving raid KC or completion logs and so on. Just super time consuming grinds. And some regions (zeah with CoX) may take a lot longer to fully complete because of that. On the flip side, these regions give more points on average. And regions with all easy, minimal grind tasks, give less points. But this is something that affects like the 10 players going for 100% completion. For everyone else I'd say grind to unlocking tier 8 is very easy and balanced in any region.
