Ive found being to strict and serious leads to less listening from squadmates. Most people just cant take a video game to serious so maybe just be a bit more playfull

It's a balance. I find using the big boy voice with some confidence early doors is a good way to get some trust and compliance - sounding like you know what you are doing goes a long way. Being part of your server community and winning some regulars too you squad just makes it fun My start of game speech is pretty useful for this steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2966028979

Leading isn’t that simple. You need to be assertive whilst putting your squad at ease ( I find a sense of humour helps). Make them want to work with you. It’s a hard balance to strike but doable with practice. Also don’t be afraid to kick someone from your squad at the start of they aren’t listening because the others see that and don’t wanna get booted, left with recruit kit in a match full of locked squads. These videos are just ads for Invasion 24/7 servers -No fob spam -Defenders utilize fortifications. -Atrackers use rallies and try not give up any tickets. -If the attackers can not work together the game is quick and you get fresh SLs.

A clown car is an expression. It means a car full of people. In this context it can be any vehicle that you can fill with people and drive straight onto a hab to gain proxy as fast as possible

@@Skullnaught not everyone sweats at their game all day and think they’re a pro playing for something an or care about the advertising. Money talks and once you own a piece of that software you can do what tf you want. They are called games for a reason. An if you’re not a professional stfu.

@@streetrat160I am sorry but you are just wrong. No matter how much I agree with your statement that one is allowed to do anythingg they want with the things they own, a cooperative game like squads relies on teamwork and the culture of the server you are in. There is a problem with Squad at the moment, a problem with culture, arrogance and immaturity. Too many times I have joined a server only to be met with too many people that share your way of thinking what squad is. They don’t cooperate, they don’t communicate, they get very easiliy offended and may straight up TK. New players are desperate for guidance when starting the game and all of us experienced players have a responsibility in trying to better this culture.

@@streetrat160 They are not forced to listen to me as a SL trying to guide them. I just know from experience that people are starving for leaders who actually cares about their game experience and want to play tactically/strategically
