cancer killed my mom before my birthday. i feel so broken. my mom means everything to me. people don’t know what i’m going through. but my mom had her last surgery in February. she had a total of 5 surgeries. 3 surgeries less than 2 years. the last surgery i felt like my mom was just tired of going to hospitals and keep getting surgeries. it hurt to watch my mom leave. i gave her a speech deep down my heart that i hardly speak of. my mom was so strong. she fought for 17 years. here’s the story ; it was during spring break , i went to palm springs with my aunts and my cousins. tha last day when we were leaving palm springs , my dad called and said my mom was sick and had a fever. i thought it wasn’t so bad bc it didn’t have anything to do wit her brain tumor / cancer. but once i got home my dad told us that while we were at palm springs my mom had a really bad seizure to the point where she would shake non stop and couldn’t really get up or anything. my dad called tha hospital and they came and they said “ she’s just cold “ my dad got mad & rushed her to the hospital hisself. so my mom was in a regular room that night , me and my whole family rushed to the hospital and as i walked in , i broke down crying. i saw my mom laying there with her mouth open and a tube inside her. and i saw my dad breaking down. i never saw my dad cry before ever. my dad is not the type of guy to ever cry. he was with my mom for 18 years so i don’t really know what or how he’s taking this. i’m only 13 now. but i would’ve never thought this would happen to my mom. every time i would walk into the hospital room my mom would look perfectly fine and she would be happy moving around. this time i just saw my mom laying on the bed & breathing weird and heavily. my heart hurts til this day. and i feel so empty. That's just god worthy... Even when she was battling cancer, infections, and her own pain she was going around the hospital making other kids feel better. I'm crying .

My name is Victoria too. When I was a baby my dad had cancer. Not once but twice. It was really hard. My great grandma had breast cancer & lung cancer at the same time. She died when I was I believe was in 2nd or 3rd grade. It was really hard for me. She would always get me the hospital apple juice. She had a butterfly book that I would always read. Seeing my grandma with the machine & mask over her face was so hard. But she in a better place. I love u grandma

As sad as it is, the wonderful thing is that she was so loved and had a great life while she was here, surrounded by such a caring family. A lot of children/people don’t have such a wonderful family/life. It may have ended too soon, but what there was-minus the leukemia- was lovely and there’s comfort in that. I wish she could have beat it- such a shame. Victoria sounds like she was a great person.

I felt this story and the pain that went with it. My brother got diagnosed at the age of 7 with brain cancer and he was my best friend. He had been battling until 3 years ago when he sadly passed away in October right before his birthday. So I understand the pain because he was absolutely amazing and such a fighter and I miss him dearly ❤

I am so very sorry you lost your precious daughter.When I was 6 years old my oldest brother had Leukemia.Even at the age I was the pain and suffering he went through was unbearable. He passed away at 11 years old. The legacy your daughter left is so inspiring,I love seeing her smiling always it seemed my brother was a huge jokester it too alot to get him down.may your family be blessed .

An angel when on earth, an angel now in heaven. I lost my best friend to leukemia in 2009. She had a successful bone marrow transplant but while in recovery contracted an infection which ultimately killed her. Like Victoria, Lisa was the best.

She was obviously named after her father. That's cute. I wish I had a dad like hers. He seems really cool. Cancer sucks. I wish it didn't exist. My heart goes out to her and her family and friends. Poor baby.

I'm not an emotional person, but this video always makes me cry. At 2 years old, I was diagnosed with rare form of childhood cancer known as Retinoblastoma. (Cancer on the Retina of the eye). As a result, I spent a ton of time in doctors offices, on the road going to and from different hospitals, clinics and specialists from multiple states. So while most kids were in the classrooms learning history and science, I was learning how to stay alive. Extra Life is an amazing charity organization that provides some much needed relief for kids and their families and I am proud to be a part of this fantastic organization.

This just makes me cry 😭 I have a friend battling the same type of cancer for the fourth time and has a twin brother he had a stroke bc if his meds and he was energetic played baseball and just fainted and was rushed to the hospital and he is over 1,000 miles away from his family and home In Philadelphia my school has been so supportive helping his family with money and in the courtyard we would all go and have a moment to pray for him and talk to his twin brother but you know all you can do is pray sometimes and for Victoria people prayed and prayed but it wasn’t enough and it sucks RIP VICTORIA ❤️❤️😭😭😭😭

This video popped up on my recommendations and it’s so sad knowing that Victoria would be the same age as me...I can’t imagine how hard it is for a parent to not only hear that their child has cancer but also that they relapsed twice. I went through kidney failure when I was 15 and I am here today because of a kidney transplant that I was given to by someone who passed away at 25. Next year I will be hitting 10 years since I received my kidney. Rip to you Victoria and to the Enmon family I hope you all are doing well.
