Powerful!

We are lukewarm about spreading the Gospel in our culture which sees Christianity increasingly from individualistic lens; and reduces the Gospel for many people as nothing more than a guide for individual spiritual quest. Christians are told by the world a notion they are free to do whatever but the truth of the Gospel states that they are ultimately bought at a price and must consider how they are not even free in a sense rather belonging to God! Culture tells Christians that belief is an individual choice; but believers realize that belief is when conviction demands a response with our life! We have come to depend to too much on megachurches and a small group of sponsored missionaries for a sense to spread the Gospel on top of being very lukewarm about it all! Much of the early church didn't grow under organized religion even though it depended on the correct doctrine! Many of the apostles and early Christians were in dire poverty! God has used ordinary people throughout history as He continues to work all things for the good of those who believe in Him! A great case can also be made that a few crucial moments were key in spreading the Gospel! Those were moments which seemed ordinary and which ordinary believers were a big part of.
