They are so worth it! I’ve never had such an excellent experience with any brushes before and I’ve tried quite a few over the last few years. ZOEVA brushes are probably the only ones I can think of that can compare to these, though. They do not shed, they get washed really easily and are soo soft. The Blender brush takes a bit longer to get dry after washing, though. I have all of WA brushes except for the Liquid Blender because the product it is intended to be used with is not for me as I have oily skin, so it makes sense but I would’ve definitely got my hands on it if it wasn’t the case. Highly recommend the Blender brush, especially if you love Super Loaded Tinted Highlight in the shades Peau de Peche or Peau de Soleil in particular. They are an investment for sure, but so is WA makeup and we all know how incredible it is. 💕✨

What product do you use to cleanse them?

@@inreallife21 just soap and warm/lukewarm water. That’s it! It’s one more reason why I love them. It’s that simple.

Not to diss on Zoeva because I have several of their brushes and they are a great affordable brand, but the Westman Atelier brushes are MILES above them, both in terms of softness and craftsmanship. They are by far the best synthetic brushes I have ever used and I own quite a lot of fude. That being said, I just have a few gripes: 1) the spot check brush is very pokey, which is weird since they are all the same fiber except for the liquid blender; 2) I have two brushes from two different batches with defective ferrules (very large dents), which for the price you're paying is not acceptable; and 3) they are very expensive, a lot more than comparable brushes from other fude brands. They are still undeniably good, though, so I still highly encourage anyone to try them if you can get them on sale.

@@PlugInKali right, what I meant by “I can compare to WA brushes” is that they are probably the only ones I have which can be considered as “the cheaper alternative” to WA brushes, not that they are exactly the same. ZOEVA brushes are really great quality considering how affordable they are yet not quite as exceptional as the WA ones, though they are the closest in terms of quality, application, durability and so on from all of the brushes I have tried from different brands so far. And yes, both the Foundation brush and the Spot Check brush bristles are really stiff and pokey at first. However, I’ve noticed that after a few washes, the bristles start becoming softer and more flexible, which is great because I don’t struggle to get coverage when I use both for that reason anymore, which at first made me think that was such a bummer, but after a while that’s no longer been an issue. Also, I’m sorry to hear that the ferrules in yours were defective. I agree with you - everyone should give at least one of them a try when on sale despite them still being pricey perhaps. It was hard for me to finally be able to afford them, I must admit. But little do I regret getting them nevertheless.
