This video gives me so much hope. My three year old triplets just all received an ASD diagnosis over the summer. My boys are nonverbal. We have so much to learn to help them each thrive. I sometimes wish there was a crystal ball to foretell their futures. 🙏🏽

Making our beds was a must, my mum said Showing up for ourselves for the day started with a fresh bed and it was an "ending" to the night before. She was also the mum that would yank the blankets off you if she had to holler "time to get up" more than once😂 Great job guys! Happy labor day weekend ❤️

My daughter always asks for a bottle of water every time she eats cereal as well, she finds it too sweet so it gives her a break in-between bites

Water is better than orange juice if I’m eating cereal. Orange juice after having milk in cereal has a bad sour aftertaste. Orange juice is great for waffles and proteins, but not anything in milk.

This has probably been asked and answered but does Abbie still get socialization and time with friends like she would get in school? I know her relationships are different but I'm assuming that at school she was around other kids her age. Just wondering if that is a priority or if she doesn't seem to need those types of connections at the same level as a neurotypical 17-year-old.
