In my understanding he has a team of producers under hes label, mostly the producers who produced the songs do get credits, its either that or he purchases the beats from the original producer under exclusive rights and therefore being the owner of the product (of cause I could be wrong🤷🏾♂️✌🏽)

If u meant how to pan them on the piano roll click on the word control left to the actual velocity's and switch it to panning

Brian Wolf Select the notes you want to change and then right click and drag. This works for velocity, panning and pitching in the piano roll
