I used to eat a chicken bowl from chipotle + 2 sandwich meals from cfa to bulk up as well but i wasnt working out as much as i should have, now ive changed my diet and trying to slowly get back into the gym, thanks for the info and the podcast 🙏 God bless

you’re gonna love it. if you have trouble sleeping add some fruits like dates or something before bed and you sleep great. can also find raw milk and have that too (esp if you’re trying to build muscle)

idk why, but my entire life i haven’t been able to eat any vegetables except for sweet carrots, potatoes, some green beans, corn, and i’ve been fine as far as i know. but yeah whenever i taste things like lettuce, spinach, onions i instantly start gagging and throw up. 😂

Raw milk has enzymes and bacteria that help process the lactase of the raw milk inside your digestive tract. Pasteurization destroys all the enzymes and kills all the bacteria. It’s really amazing because I can drink a glass of raw milk and nothing bad happens, but if I drink a glass of regular store milk, I’ll get all crampy and bloated and start farting nonstop for a couple hours
