We traveled to Dongguan, China to visit the factory where NZXT manufactures its PC cases. Inside we got a rare look at the entire process and some seriously huge machinery.
For more details on how PC cases are made, check out our accompanying gallery, with details on each step in the production line and a ton of photos: www.pcgamer.com/how-pc-cases-a...

Funny to see how many who never traveled far away from their basement would all of a sudden become expert in Chinese economy and how foreign industrial business works.

I liked watching Wes struggle to explain how a factory works. Hangers into heaters. Tool and dye is common in most every factory. It was still cool. I just thought that was funny. Thanks for sharing the experience.

I worked at a Chassis manufacturing company in California for a few years. We lost most of our business to overseas manufacturing like these guys.'it's truly sad, pathetic, and impossible to compete with when they can manufacture and assemble a unit for less than our raw materials cost.

yes, and such things happen because capitalism is intrinsically flawed.

@@eltouristoduo Yeah, ok. That's not a flaw. Adapt or get left behind. That's how everything works no matter how hard humans try to change it.
@eltouristoduo

No it is a flaw. Pointing out such flaws is about humanity getting AHEAD, not 'leaving each other behind'. Thinking like is a competition comes from the animal in use, not the civilized beings we can be.
