Very good looking to the manufacture process, most engineers & designers just limit to design the PCB on the EDA tool and lave it to manufacture. This was a very instructive video...thanks! Everybody who designs a circuit board should watch this.

This is really amazing. I am so surprised to see how many steps in the process. So much polishing and washing and other things. It seems like it costs so much money to make a PCB. This video has made me appreciate the value of a PCB. - Are all PCB factories the same? or do some factories have less steps (to save money) ?

You may consider giving your shipping department some roller carts. That way they can stack the product on a roller cart instead of on the floor, thus eliminating a step of picking it off the floor to move it.
