BORK is for the clone tech, when shaco ults the clone inherits the current stats of shaco, with 1 hit of hails you receive a lot of ASPD for a brief moment, if you ult in this moment your clone take this ASPD and bork procs A LOT, its strong AF even on average health champ, other let items would do more damage in a short battle, but dont scales and too much lethality your damage doesnt sky rocket anymore after 2~3 items
