It now has limited destination, there's power struggle between top executives, massive financial mismanagement and is on the verge of bankruptcy.

Nepali Congress (Koirala family) and Maoist have been a curse to Nepal. They have destroyed the country and system. Nepal needs to flush the current political class completely, each and everyone of them. Nepali people don’t seem to be ready for the new revolution though.

Could you also shed some light on the mass exodus of skilled manpower, like doctors, engineers, nurses, etc. ? Also how the Nepal government is willingly propagating this exodus of youth abroad, just so they can get a taste of that "remittance tax".. P.S. Nepal is going to face a huge shortage of doctors and nurses in the coming 5-8 years. Even, reputed and established doctors are flocking abroad..... all the while, the policy makers do nothing to encourage the retention of this skilled man-power... Sahujis and influential doctors are themselves the policy makers and make policies that helps them gain their personal benefits....

@@sinjoo2273 In the last 3-4 years, 80% of fresh MBBS passouts have mentality to flock abroad.... The situation has become so worse for healthcare workers, that, as of now, if you ask any recent MBBS graduate regarding his/her future, almost 100% will reply saying they are looking to go abroad.... Similarly Doctors who have completed MD are not getting jobs....Even if they get jobs they are being offered NRS 30000.... So again even those doctors are going abroad.... Everybody knows the situation of nurses very well.... Significantly better pay and better lifestyle abroad...... And as of now , GON has signed MOU with BRITAIN and is under discussion with AUSTRALIA.... Eka tira doctor nurse chor hun, lobhi hun durgam jadainan bhanera bhasan garchan...arko tira DARBANDI ra LOKSEWA nai kholdainan..... Durgam ma najaney bhanne hunna.... tara, 4 kotha matra bhaeko.... Equipment kei nabhaeko thau ma kasari kaam garnu? essai ta doctor kutnu samanya bhaisakyo... Uta, Karnali gaeka chan ta doctor.... kina? kinaki equipment aayo.. ani gae.... Tara pheri uii... Love him or hate him, but Dhruv Rathee has always been biased toward far leftist parties of India like AAP, Congress, TMC, etc. And also changes or speaks broken facts according to his purpose. So, better to be at distant from him or research yourself or hear the both sides and logically come to any conclusion. Next time you watch him try to identify how he plays with your emotions or exaggerates on something/some ideology that he wants to push upon YOU.

Loved the video and the depth of info! Do you think you could make one on the recent tukuche digging below jai nepal? All videos show a proper layer of brick and engineering covering the river many feet below the surface. I am sure i am not the only one curious on how the river has been sealed and who were the forces behind such an influential decision? If certain generations say they remember seeing the stream growing up when exactly was it hidden? Why was it hidden? How did they achieve such a phenomenon back in the day? But this is just a suggestion idea no need to follow through . Love the videos i watch them as they are released :)

I think government-owned organisations is not a matter of commercial achievement. It is the nation's soft power and is more devoted to serving its citizens, unlike private institutions which are simply intent on achieving profitability. By establishing organizations like the railway corporation, the oil corporation, etc., we cannot just pursue financial gain. These organizations generate soft power and beneficial influence, instead of making a direct profit. Although good management and unneeded political interference should be avoided, such institutions do not prioritize profit. Though these organisations are not profitable in economics sense still these organisations should be preserved.

I completely agree with you. Government organisations do not necessarily need to generate profit if its focus is on service. My only point of the video is, the managing director themselves say they want to run it like commercial airlines, and the loss are not due to subsidy but like you said mismanagement. Just right management and we all will be proud of it

government should be focused on more important matters where private companies cannot perform such as public security, law enforcement . On matters of tradable goods and services, let the private sector competition do its magic. Soft power can be extended via private companies too. Look at how much soft power US exercises through private companies.
