A private cloud infrastructure replicates the same capabilities as on-desk graphics workstations. But provides a host of added benefits including being able to dynamically allocate GPU, CPU, RAM and storage to users on the fly rather than being restricted to the physical components in each system, i.e. double the amount of GPU to a user when they need it the most. Alternatively, resources can be pooled when workloads are light to work on especially big tasks such as renders.
