@@MajorLeagueTenacity You can quick hack NCPD, dont know if you can do it with max tac too, Enemies with sandy will move at the same speed that you move and I think Max Tac mfs have Sandy.

Same with my sandy katana build. Getting my ass handed to me never felt so good. They simultaneously nerfed my setup but also made it more fun to play

Maxtac no matter what difficulty are always the exact same difficulty. They’re made to be difficult no matter what.

That would be fairly reasonable to achieve with mods. Just use a forked version of the police system but have it serve as the gang response instead

@@kelmirosue3251police was spawning right next to you, literally just poping out of nowhere, no cars, no chasing. It was really terrible and stupidly funny.

I never played on Normal difficulty because all the feedback I read was that the game was too easy regardless. I'm hoping this patch changes that.

​@@thereallilchimi5769You'll need a clean install as almost every major mod is incompatible until the tools are updated. Even the current version of Reshade crashes the game at start-up.

Sadly the jump in difficulty is very steep. On my netrunner playthrough I'm annihilating everything but if MaxTac shows up I gotta outplay them so hard, it's like a bossfight. I kinda like it but I wish there was something between cannonfodder and elite ninjas.

It makes me feel like that very first cyber psycho in the first scene we see in edgerunner. Just a unstoppable killing machine..... until maxtac shows up to clap my cheeks that is.

@@ExceedProduction well… a net runner is not an Edgerunner.. inherently if you put more skill points into quick hacks you won’t be as good in a face off style fight

The funny thing is, one of the maxtac officers is a former cyberpsycho. She has mantis blades that were taken off the market for fucking you up too much and you learn she killed 14 people before being "rehabilitated" but considering how she talks when you interact with her, she sure seems to love slicing people up for fun still.... :p

Yeah I am pissed off at the story railroading and lack of any meaningful change to the ending no matter what you choose to do as is. It was really annoying yet understandable after The Heist, OK fro the rest of the story and then got maddening when you go to the last mission, because you can't change anything and the whole thing was pointless. Adding another mission like what you describe is just insult on top of insults. In a game where going to the roof, pulling your gun and putting a bullet through your brain being the best ending you can get, the last thing you need is making the players go full murderhobo and make them feel guilty about it later. It would be the "Kill the dog"..... "You are a monster for killing the dog!" situation all over again. Hopefully the new Phantom Liberty ending will actually have some outcome that is not you being dead and managing to unleash some new horror on the world in the process of getting killed. ;) Just my 2 cents, but if my character will go berserk, I demand that be my choice not a forced decision that will be held over my head, no matter how much I try to prevent it just because I hate railroading. Sorry for the rant. Your idea is cool I am just still angry at the ending, that made me quit the game until 2.0, which is damn awesome so far. :)

​@@PJOHNSON-xg4ewI'd argue they should be, they're an ingame faction built specifically to efficiently end characters exactly like yours, it should remain like "we know and expect you to die to maxtac, we just want to see how long you last." But the boss fights should be harder, 100%. That's just a CDPR thing though, only difficult bosses in the witcher 3 were Dettlaff and Caranthir.

That's why you have to split them up and deal with them 1 by 1. All 5 of them and you're fucked

Being a cop in the Cyberpunk universe can only end in three ways A cyberpsycho rips you in half after tanking a bullet to their eyeballs, you sign for MaxTac and turn into that cyberpsycho, or you just get a better job and skip town

This ending definitely wouldn't have been as poignant if they didn't buff V as much as they did V as a whole is such an amazing concept, they're the demigod of the Cyberpunk universe but can't retain any of that power cuz they're crippled with brain cancer

nha they need to make them even better the min maxtac is called your wanted meter should reset ; first wave 1 red star : 4 members ; wave 2 : 2 red stars : 6 members ; wave 3 : 3 red stars : 6 members 1 officer ; wave 4 : 4 red star : 6 NAMED members 1 NAMED officer ; wave 5 : 5 red stars : 6 NAMED members 1 NAMED commander : no way you survive BUT if you survive long enough the chance to be recruited by maxtac and this being the only way you could get recruited

use berserk, upgrade cyberware to max and use consumables!! helped me alot, also get the edgerunner perk so u can get more armor and cyberware :)

It still has bugs. I had 2 Wanted Stars and i was hiding from cops in containers. Cop chases me, i kill him and after few seconds 2 Wanted stars vanished.

I was thinking the exact same thing, because that way you are cheesing them and its way too easy to kill them, if you try to figth them in any other way they are way more challenging to the point they become a serious threath.

Sandy katana build is pretty op. You can slice everyone to ribbons in seconds in slow mode. And lunge at people but maxtac will destroy that too lol. They're just too op

It was only awful on last gen consoles. PC players had an amazing game the whole time. They should've just ignored last gen stuff from the get go to have less on their plate.

Maxtac are coded to be Hard even if you're on easy or normal. Not sure if they go up to very hard if you're playing on that difficulty.
