But yeah, there's a lot of people to educate (train) to be citizens of an established (yet unbalanced/divided) society that is so foreign to themselves. They're alienated, and even outside of the realm of migration, US Citizens are also subjects of their own alienation. Of course, there's no doubt that refugees are far more alienated. I just don't see how we can be well-equipped to host.
