Thank You!!! Great video! I had no spark issue and troubleshooted it for a couple of days. It ended up just being the gap was too much.

Great video! My pull cord broke and yes I tried to start it electrically..... Thanks to you I think I know why I have no spark now. Thanks a million!

Ok so basically you cannot start the VTT with the starter when the pulse coil is not working ? But you can start the VTT with the pull cord starter ? That is my situation right now on my 2005 sportman 500 HO

the plug you disconnected near the radiator cap, my 500 magnum doesnt have that there, where would mine be on my 02 magnum 500?

How can you set the gap when the bracket holes and the coil hole's line up the same when you attach it? Now if the coil could slide back and forth with elongated slots independent within the bracket the gap could be set. How did you get the gap to open and or close with the same hole alignment??
