I can answer this with just one or two words, “Break coconuts.” Your life will change. This may sound crazy, superstitious and cultic, but let me explain to you what that means and why I have answered it in two words: “Break coconuts.”
A business man came to me who had invested all of his money, about $20 million dollars that he had on a business with the government on a contract. There was a court case. The government said that there was no way that they would be able to go ahead with the program. And after all, you were told if it happens, it will take a year for them to get the license. And this person was in tears and came to me for help.

I said, “Keep breaking the coconuts until you succeed.” And then it took place within 40 days or something. This is part of the Ultimate Teaching - how Breaking coconut can influence your life.

From what I am I am familiar with is that the coconut represents the head also is a tool that can be used to absorb any negative energies and hexes aswell to connect with spirit.

Thank you! In the city, if you break the coco on the street - aside from attracting a crowd you will be giving a fine. Can the coco be broken in the home and thrown in the trash? How can one avoid touching the juice?

Cutting lemons or limes are also a great way! What does Sri Baba think about the breaking of anything? Like plates or anything? Does that work the same way?

Hi Scott: from staff Great question. Lemons and limes have specific qualities for removing Karma. It works by absorbing the Karma into the Lime or Lemon and the ceremony of cutting the lime, is given as empowerment to bust the Karma. So, there are materials recommended by Dr. Pillai as the best for karma busting techniques. kzfaq.info/get/bejne/lZuWoq93scrbiKc.html&lc=UgxTsEmJNS6ObLF7F3x4AaABAg Here's instructions by a Pillai Center Teacher: www.PillaiCenter.com You can take a lime, lemon, coconut, flower, or pumpkin, and roll it on the head, the neck, the shoulders, the throat, and the entire body, anywhere on the body that may be holding stress, or pain, any discomfort. www.pillaicenter.com/teachings/thiruneelakantam Roll it on that area, holding it with your right hand, and chanting the same mantra: “Thiru Neel Kantam Makaral Sivayanama”, or simply: “Thiru Neel Kantam” is fine. As you are rolling it, imagine the stress, anxiety, these thought patterns, anything that’s ailing you, being absorbed into this object- the coconut, lime, lemon, or whatever it is, the flower, whatever you are holding in your right hand, and rolling over your body. It can be a relationship, a situation, a health problem, any persistent thought that is not serving you, and pray to please remove this from me: I don’t need this, it’s a burden, it’s an old pattern, it’s not serving my higher purpose, please let it be removed, and I love it going into the object. After you do that exercise, take the coconut and break it and throw it away, try not to get any of the juices on you. If it’s a lime or lemon, you cut it in half fully, and then discard it. Try and not get the juice on you again, and then washing anything that was used. If it’s a pumpkin, smash it and throw it away. If it’s a flower, you can crush it in your hand and throw it away, and wash. The idea is that the transfer of this energy goes into the object, and then you destroy the object. Destroying the object is breaking apart that karmic pattern that was absorbed into it. Because it’s a negative energy that you just let get absorbed into this object, you don’t to get it back on you. If you do don’t stress, just wash it off, make sure the object is discarded, and move on. If you are doing a lot, like you are doing a multiple, you probably don’t want to store them in your house until the next garbage pickup. Put them out in the outside garbage to just get this energy out of your home. All the best to you.

It is advisable to Not eat the coconut or its juice and not to touch it, wash hands afterwards. after you do that exercise, you take the coconut and break it and throw it away, try not to get any of the juices on you. Okay Dr. before I saw this video I was cracking brown coconut and using 1/2 to cook with and also offer as prasad to Shiva and Hanuman. Have I ruined my karma? I also use limes and lemons but the juice and meat of these fruits were used to clean copper vessels and adornments. Before I saw this video, I was instructed thru a guru not to waste food, as food is a type of god. Thank you for Ultimate Teaching! God Bless You

+Mark Holman (from Staff) Thank you for this very good question. It is best to dispose of the coconut after you use it for karma removal and avoid touching the juice, if possible. You have not ruined your karma. Dr. Pillai has explained that the coconut or limes or lemons used in these karma rituals pick up your unwanted karma, so you would not want to cook with them or use them for other offerings. You will may find it much more powerful when disposing the coconut after use, carefully avoiding touching the juice.

+Cache Wiliams Thank you - good question - (from staff) You may use what is affordable and practical. I use 1 coconut per day, when affordable. But in the past, I've even ordered this ritual from AstroVed, where they can affordably smash many more for you: 9, 27, even 108 -- I've also used flowers, limes and lemons.
