Yup! 6.17 question's answer was YES. During the training period we're also not allowed to talk to anyone except the probies/trainees around. And after commissioning barely can talk while on duty (8+ hours). BUT THAT'S WHAT THE PREREQUISITE OF THE DEFENSE OF ANY COUNTRY IS "DESCIPLINE"
